Have you read no firsthand accounts of what happened in Chicago? Trump’s supporters were attempting to peacefully leave. George Soros’ out-of-control racists screamed in their faces, pounded on their cars and windows, BROKE windows, beat people and caused widespread property damage. The police had been ordered to stand down, so as to give Soros’ rent-a-mob free rein.
None of that was Trump’s fault, and only a radical or brain dead Leftist would blame him.
The NE has a good track record on these cheating stories. They are a business in the business of selling papers and that means making this story last as long as possible with more revelations every issue. They can draw it out without being scooped because the MSM will not negatively cover anyone who is advancing the leftist agenda, knowingly or not. They loved McLame the Maverick until he secure the Republican nomination and then they eviscerated his sorry, turncoat azz.

A good question. A better one is what does he do that is not conservative? Maybe work for a law firm that specializes in protecting the oligarchy? Maybe spend the rest of his adult life working for the government? Maybe daydream of being president from age 13? Maybe supporting crony trade? Maybe supporting the Corker Bill? Maybe advocating expansion of the H1B program (I know, he backed down after he realized that the proposal would harm his presidential ambitions)? More? I have to make a meeting at school.
Defending your constitutional rights is NOT “attacking” anyone. This is the mentality which has led to the GOP being the Surrender First, Last and Always party.

Cruz knew very well that Trump’s actions or words had NOTHING to do with the riot. These were professional agitators ready to demonstrate at the drop of a hat determined to disrupt his events.

It really is remarkable. They equally ignore the Bushes integration into Cruz campaign, the GOPe endorsements, and the huge financial support McConnell is giving the Cruz election effort. None of it makes sense.

A lot of people saw and heard it. Cruz lost a vast number of Twitter followers over those remarks. I unsubscribed to his account myself at the time. His comments we’re way over the line.
I have noticed some diminution in his Cruzaphilia of late. But I suspect that part of his “support” has been just to keep the pot boiling and people interested in a race which has been over since Super Tuesday.

I don't think that was leftest so much as I think it was a poorly thought out political tactic. Cruz was hoping some people would like him blaming the violence on Trump, but it didn't work out that way.
