There would be no more separate Forums (apart from the Mods-only ones we don't see) -- everything would be in the Tags system, and if something is an op-ed, that would be fished out of the original source page (from metatags etc).
All blogging sites would get so tagged (Wordpress, Blogger dot com, etc).

Hard work in preparing a post is erased with a only notice saying "X site may not be posted to FreeRepublic due to copyright/request of the copyright holder."Instead, have a quick check for in the edit window for those sites that prohibit posting to FR so that we don't spend a lot of effort getting a post ready, only to have our work disappear into the never-neverland of it can't be posted here due to copyright issues.Alternately. give us an option to make it a quick LINK ONLY posting so that Freepers can still learn about the important information that may be only available by actually visiting the site.
