FULL Disclosure: I'm not a Cruz supporter, but I hate this kind of sleaze and I'm hoping that we can put this to rest before it gets submitted 500 times.
The entire article is based off of the threat from a hoax "Anonymous" account on Twitter, which later turned out to be a RickRoll (all related tweets have since been deleted). I am pretty sure the "details" are actually lifted from replies to the original tweet, LOL. Since they're deleted, I can't be sure. Point being, it was all a hoax and there's nothing there at all, and that's what the article is based off of.
Anyway, just wanted to put it out there that it's typical NE trash, not one of their once-per-decade real bombshells.

Sorry Charlie, a Washington Times reporter and a another ( can’t remember which paper ) admitted tonight they sat on the story, and two of the women they knew about, were on the National Enquirer list.
Trump had his own previous indiscretions, so he’s not really in a position to push this.
The difference is that Trump’s not so dependent on the religious right or as pious in affect.
Evidently news organizations have been sitting on this for some time. Briebart supposedly had the story but wouldn’t run with it. Perhaps Mercer wouldn’t allow it. A lot of it came around SuperTuesday and from the Rubio campaign. See #THeThing and scrol back to around March 14th or so. a lot of media types discussing TheThing. A Washingtimes Reporter is verifying two of the names in the NE story as true. Roger Stone had media types circling him asking questions about all of this... Poor Ted. It always happens to the Marjoe types.
As for Trump...all he has to say is: “That’s something between Ted and his wife. I don’t know anything about it.”
Ted is done. Sorry for you Cruz supporters, you invested a lot of emotion, seat, and time in supporting your candidate. It went up in flames.

Like I said, Trump’s polling must be headed “south” in a hurry to engender this FRENZY of feverish innuendo.
I don’t think Trump will push this, he doesn’t have to, and he shouldn’t. All he has to say is “this is between Ted and his wife”
and Trump has written about his indiscretions, Ivana has even made peace with him and they have a good relationship
the difference is, and why this is going to be red meat, as you know, is that Ted has been campaigning from the altar.
Also, it’s not only the indiscretions now, as they say, it’s the cover up. The story is growing legs about hush money to the tune of 500k from Ted’s PAC to Carly’s PAC because one of the women was running Carly’s PAC.
He’s a politician with that old beltway stank.
I’m not a bit surprised.
