I was on the rifle team in college for four years. Our practice range was on the top floor of the Admin Bldg. Never heard a complaint, but that was 40 years ago.

When in high school in the late ‘50s in Dallas, I think the majority of high schools had shooting ranges in their basements and the rifles and ammo were stored there. The PC wimps of today would have apoplexy if such was proposed now.
