Now Donald Trump is launching a birther attack against Marco Rubio
Blasting News ^ | February 22, 2016 | Mark R. Whittington

Donald Trump, the mercurial businessman who is running for president, has been given to saying alarming, crazy things. He has gone birther on President Barack Obama, suggesting that he was really born in Kenya. He has claimed that one of his chief political rivals, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas is ineligible to be president for having been born in Canada, albeit by an American mother. He has accused former President George W. Bush, brother of Jeb Bush, of lying about WMDs in Iraq and of knowing about the 9/11 attacks in advance. Trump is now turning his full, crazed birther attack on Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, according to the Huffington Post.

Voters inclined to support Turnip are not exactly the brightest and deepest of thinkers. It’s the same class of suckers he’s defrauded by selling his junk bonds to before declaring bankruptcy.

They like loud bright and shiny things.

True dat. But be prepared to be attacked by his deciples.

The article reads like a hyperbole/insult competition.

Yer, funny and do not know it. Harvard Law Schooled lawyer Cruz, attended the funeral, and knows the ‘original intent’, of the Constitutional requirement to hold the office of president... Cruz is demanding an affirmative act, because, he knows that he is a natural born Canadian. I thought conservatives were against the entitlement mentality?

Education does not equate to intelligence. Obama has a juris doctorate.

Turnip has a long history of defrauding people who get blinded by flash. He’s done it 4 times now and the same model is the basis for his various unsuccessful casinos.

I have never heard of this website in the link of this posting. When I went there, like a million ads start firing with audio going, beyond annoying and my browser starts to slow down (obviously tracking and data mining stuff in java overload running from the webpage), I have to shut off the volume since it is annoying everyone around me. Finally I see it is some hate Trump thing, actually it looks like a leftist gig not sure, there are articles about world wrestling and anyway it sort of looked useless.

So then I search the internet on “Trump Rubio birth” and found the source media on this, Trump is in an interview with ABC and he says to Steponallofus in a question about Rubio’s eligibility “I don’t know,” Trump told George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s “This Week.” “I really – I’ve never looked at it, George. I honestly have never looked at it.”

So Trump said “I don’t know”, he didn’t say Rubio was born in another country, he simply didn’t. In the same source, a twitter post is shared in some dialog on the Trump thread where some guy @ResisTyr SENDS to the Trump web some link from powderewhigsociety about “Both Cruz and Rubio ineligible!” but that was this guy or gal just sending this link, Trump didn’t say it.

As far as Obama, that guy is an Afro-Centrist nutjob that has a split persinality tug of war between his white Muslim father and his Amerika-hating black radical mother, Obama decided to identify with his mother’s side and call himself black but kept his muslim genre from his father’s side and thus becomes a “black” with an anti-white chip on his shoulder blaming all the ills of the world on white colonialism and Amerikkkan imperialism, but also his religious thingy favors his dad’s side which is Islam (PBUH stuff) and he goes off to Pakistan when a student at a time Americans were restricted from going there where he played out his Praise Allah yens but later got into the Black Muslims then before President while still unknown he goes to the Nation of Islam Million Man March and shakes hands with Farrakhan’s security guards while visiting Louie one of these ends up later being one of the DC Sniper muslim terrorists and none if this was ever reported on by the phony liberal news when he later ran for higher office. To this day I suspect Obama was NOT Eligible and probably is a foreigner but certainly he was mixed up with folks who were national security risks.

Its like telling Scientology members they are in a cult.

They have so much invested they are the last to realize they are being defrauded.

Well, duh. Ivanka is about to give birth any minute now. I would think she is otherwise occupied, lol.

She won't be 20-30 years from now, and I hope the Donald gets to see her get the same birther treatment.

“Voters inclined to support Turnip are not exactly the brightest and deepest of thinkers”

Funny that’s how lefties that watch the daily show, and read huffpo think of people that vote for conservatives too!

Nice to see some “true conservatives” on this site adopt that same obnoxious snobbery.

Remember, boys and girls, that Jebbie just suspended his campaign. He never said he quit.

He'll be just sitting by the phone on the night before the prom...with the outfit on the hanger.

Waitaminit, I just have to ask you something. So to you, not only is an anchor-baby a bona fide citizen ( i.e., eligible to vote and the very core of the 14th Amendment birthright citizenship issue ) but you believe they are also a Natural Born Citizen eligible to run for President?

Seriously?

Your Freep name has "Texas" in the handle. What is that a reference to, Austin? Oy vey, our public school system. It will be the end of us.

That’s just so silly. She’s never going to run for Prez. None of the siblings are. They’ve got an incredibly lucrative business to run. Tiffany Trump who is getting a law degree, can run. There, happy now? President Tiffany Trump, November of 2030.

He'll probably just keep asking the question.

AHA! You're on to him!

Creating enthusiasm killing doubt is every bit as or more effective than actually proving an allegation, and it takes so much less investment in time and money.

It would be like getting someone to tweet that they think a competitor's buffet made them sick...the rumor would travel faster than the alleged digested material...

Maybe to you in your convoluted way of thinking. I’ll take Cruz’ knowledge of the Constitution and his defense of it (and his defense of his own eligibility) any day over the nonsensical temper tantrums of Trump.

No that's silly. She has 1/2 of the Donald's narcissistic genetic make-up, and will have similar credentials when she reaches that age. Maybe we can get a law suit going and get an early court ruling on her eligibility. How about it?

It is important for voters to know that Cruz was a Canadian citizen until just a year and a half ago.

It is important for voters to know that Rubio probably was also a born Cuban citizen since neither of his parents were US citizens when he was born.

Forget the constitutional discussion for a moment. Don’t worry about what is legal or not legal.

Just add those bits of information to your list as you process everything else that needs to be processed when you choose a candidate.

Cruz was born in Canada and was a Canadian citizen.

Rubio’s parents were both born in Cuba, had not become US citizens, and it is possible that Rubio is a dual citizen with Cuban citizenship. No one has clarified that yet.

Mercurial...my, aren’t we sophisticated!

Much like George Will who often uses words to (try to) give the impression he’s of superior intellect than us commoners, instead of your average sold out RINO reporter.
