Trump’s Lying CONFIRMED -- Political Consultant NEVER Begged Him For Job
Yid With a Lid ^ | Feb. 3, 2016 | Jeff Dunetz

Posted on 02/03/2016 11:00:05 AM PST by Theo

This is more than a story about a lying politician, my site is full of those kind of stories. This is a story about a powerful man who uses his power to bully others.

A post on Jan. 27th told the story of Cheri Jacobus, a political consultant who was approached by an old friend to join the nascent Donald Trump campaign. Earlier that day, Trump's campaign manager told Joe Scarborough that Ms. Jacobus had begged him for a job. Trump tweeted out the lie after Jacobus appeared on Don Lemon's program on CNN Tuesday evening.

Because of her political opposition to Trump, since that first story today Cheri Jacobus' twitter feed, has been barraged with tweets from Trump supporters that were nothing short of vile. Many of them accused her of begging Trump for a job and turning on him because she was rejected. That is a falsehood that I confirmed on Wednesday morning.

Today I had the chance to speak to Jim Dornan on the phone. Dornan is Jacobus' "old friend" who was reported in the Jan 27th article as asking her to join the Trump effort. I had sent Dornan an email with Facebook conversations he had with Jacobus. They had been sent to my by the political consultant and I asked him to verify their truth.

While he couldn't get into the specifics of the lunches, conversations etc, because he signed a non-disclose with the Trump team, he was able confirm as valid a Facebook message conversation

Mr. Dornan told me that the following Facebook conversations were absolutely true. They all occurred in May 2015:

May 17 2015 Jim To Cheri: Soooooo ... I'm going to work for Trump and will be up there a lot. We should grab drinks or dinner soon

May 18 Jim To Cheri: Would you consider coming to work for us? We need a top notch communications director.

May 18 Cheri to Jim: lets sit down and talk about it

May 19- Jim to Cheri: He liked you. I thought it went well

May 19-Cheri to Jim: Thanks for arranging the meeting. I am intrigued and am thinking about what I would need. I was just reading the Des Moines Register piece

May 19-Jim to Cheri: TOTAL AGREEMENT!! Corey [Trump's campaign Mgr Corey Lewandowski] wants to sit down with you next week. I just got off the phone with him. Can you get away for 30 minutes or so? I know your parents are in town

Donald Trump is nothing but a bully who believes that he is entitled to push every opponent around even if it means lying. Instead of rational discussion with people trying to work out their differences, Trump attacks. His venom and that of his team and supporters is so bad that even some of his opponents fear his wrath.

Can someone who treats people with such an aggressive arrogance really fight for "common" Americans? IMHO the answer is no, he will try to bully America the same way he is trying to bully Cheri Jacobus, Megyn Kelly, and if you check his twitter feed regularly -- dozens of others.

Donald Trump would be the kind of leader that Thomas Jefferson warned us about when he said

"When the people fear the government, that's tyranny; when the government fears the people, that's freedom."

Think long and hard, would a candidate who spends his days viciously attacking others lead a government that "fears the people?" Or as he does now would he ensure that the people fear him?

There are only two issues in 2016: immigration/sovereignty and the US economy.

When I was in my early 20s, we had fewer than half the people now, and we were the economic wonder of the world. Look at us now.

I don’t see smokestacks. I do see foreigners walking around everywhere in some places-with foreign clothes and speaking foreign languages.

I wouldn’t go camping on some forlorn beach or mountain hillside now. It angers me to think about that.

There's no bigger liar alive than Cheri Jacobus.

So you dispute the documented evidence???

OOH! Good comeback!

Facts are irrelevant, hm? You have nothing to say about the meat of this article other than Ted Cruz looks like Grandpa Munster and he’s not really an American and his wife is a trilateralist banker and Trump is your messiah?

And you believe a political consultant? A jilted political consultant? Ha!

You dispute the documented evidence? If nothing else, what was reported above shows that the Trump campaign was trying to get her to work for them, not the other way around.

What a complete, absolute unadulterated crock of you know what! There has got to be some serious walking-around money for some folks to scrounge, serpentine and corkscrew this stuff into this forum.

And it always shows up when Cruz gets a depants of his piety. I mean seriously, the dust of this exchange might cover the front of your monitor but the shame of Cruz's actions will linger on.

Trump lies about everything if he thinks he can benefit.

Here is an article about Trump tower being built with illegal alien labor doing demolition work for just $5/ hr. and Trump did whatever he could to avoid paying them when Trump’s demolition contractor filed bankruptcy.

The work involved asbestos removal and the illegal aliens had no protective equipment. Can you imagine the fines and criminal prosecutions Trump would have faced if he wasn’t “connected” to corrupt New York politicians and government officials?

Trump couldn’t care less about the common man. It’s all about him,and screw anyone he can if it benefits him.

I’d like to see how the Trumpites defend this.

It angers many of us.
We were warned of this.
But the ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF and his IRANIAN SPY, and their minions, are are proud of that accomplishment.

Yeh Trump who never sent shaming letters or tried to pull dirty trix at the Iowa caucus would be a terrible mistake. LOL!

Trumps done these antics his whole life.....threats, accusations, and insults.....which is why he’s pretty much operating his campaign solo with his family members. Few want to associate with him unless they stand to gain something from Trump.

“Dummy” — the same word he used to describe Michelle Malkin. What does that say about The Don and women?

And this is a familiar trope. It’s similar to the claims he made about the Club for Growth and about Bob VanderPlaats.

Many have tried to reveal who Trump is but people really didn’t want to hear it...and many still don’t. You can be sure Hillary and the Demorats are holding back what will nail Trump against the wall until the General...if he wins. I’m going to assume others will leak some of that ammo before then.

There is that, but Trump claimed in a Tweet, he saw a Ted Cruz campaigner steam one off an envelope stolen from the Trump campaign!

Looks like his typical buzz words are wearing out....now it’s just a repeat of what he knows, which is little more than what we’ve seen and heard.....and much of that isn’t his own to begin with.

Yup...

Nothing has changed much...

NY Times 1983...

“His alternating skills of charming some individuals and riding roughshod over others has earned Donald Trump a reputation in some quarters as someone not to be trusted. He reneged, for example, on a promise to donate to a museum the Art Deco bas- reliefs on the facade of Bonwit Teller’TMs - bulldozed to make way for Trump Tower. It was a sin deemed unforgivable by landmark preservationists. But the only negative comments about Donald Trump these days are given off the record. [WHY - I wonder?]”

http://www.nytimes.com/1983/08/07/business/the-empire-and-ego-of-donald-trump.html?pagewanted=all

why? might have something to do with lawyers...
