So I am hearing some now attacking Trump, saying 40% of the Republican base is too stupid, the candidate should be annointed by the “un-stupid” or something. Maybe because those who support the Republican front runner have guts, maybe that isn’t in their comfort zone. They sort of sound like an elitist to me. Scared of those with guts. The Republican esrablishment says the same thing. They are also scared crazy right now. Who are they scared of? And why? Could they be scared of Trump? Maybe so. In fact so.

I am a Nationalist.

By the way, I liked what Newt Gingrich said about Trump yesterday. He is more than just a sharp guy. It would be great if he was given a top position in the Trump Administration. In retrospect, if he in the past got the nomination instead of Romney, he probably would have won the election. The strategy of Hillary right now is to get just enough Republicans to think Trump is working for her, loony Beck stuff. Then maybe, just enough of these fools will sit on their hinnies and not vote in the general (”I’m not voting! Because Trump is a NYC LIB!” (idiots)) that it throws the election to her. Actually, personally, I do not think Hillary can win even with that. She may not even get the nomination.

But, if some idiots stay home, that will be the last election. Becatse it is all about amnesty and more illegal aliens flooding into Texas. Then the Electoral College is finished.

Once Texas turns from Red to Blue with illegals voting, the Republicans will never be able to win the Presidency again for the next 100 years.

By the way, some are misrepresenting Rush as if he is on Beck or Levin’s bandwagon to trash Trump, “the stealth Lib frum NYC actually working for Hillary” loony stuff. No he isn’t, that’s not what I am hearing from Rush at all. And Savage is pretty much endorsing Trump.

This is it. I think this IS it. It is all about the Electoral College and the next 100 years. Go Trump. Go Guts.

Trump is giving a voice to the masses ignored by the Kenyan Pirate and the media that foisted him upon us for the last 7 years.

Trump is the only one who doesn’t seem to think Third Worlders are entitled to the country built by us taxpayers.

This is exactly what happened when Jesse Ventura ran for governor of Minnesota. POP's (pissed off people) who hadn't voted for years, turned out to vote for Ventura.

They wouldn't have been so pissed off if either of the two parties had given the voters somebody worth voting for. A friend of mine who was very active in local Republican party politics at the time voted for Jesse.

The status-quo GOP establishment sure are not going to fix anything. They have had the opportunity under Boehner, Ryan and McConnell, and those have just compounded the problems in DC.

Comments by Priebus and Haley this week show that they, too, are more interested in maintaining the status-quo than in fixing anything.

That Trump’s support is coming from both typical Democrat and Republican voters should tell both parties that their direction is and has been wrong for a long time.

I find it so funny that folks who saw the corruption years ago and walked away, are now being called the low info voters by others on this site.

How are we doing on any Conservative issues? Year after year we get sold down the river, and these fools who think they are smarter than everybody else continues on. same talking points every election, same old, same old. And then, mock those who can help to truly turn things around.

And yes, you are 100% right, the fix was in to give the nomination to Bush. But, I will say, I don’t think this is about cocktail parties. I know that is kind of a Rush talking point. I think it is much more sinister than that, and we need to get to the bottom of it.

You need to stop getting your info from RED STATE, Levin, and the voices emanating from the fillings in your teeth.

It lose with Cruz and win with Trump.

Coming onto Trump threads and only posting insults to his supporters is not doing your side any good at all.

Trump is expanding the GOP voter pool and the establishment would rather lose than bring new people into the party.

Yes, thank you. No one else seems to get this point.

Why in the hell doesn't the RNC have an active strategy for "capturing" Trump supporters, keeping them engaged (regardless of whether Trump wins or not... which he will).

I'm waiting for the "establishment" to realize that these new or reengaged voters will also be voting down-ballot.

Sooner or later, someone is going to stop and wonder what it would be like to stand next to Trump at a 15,000 man rally and have Trump urge his Army to support the downballot.

Without Trump there would be almost zero interest in what any of these guys have to say.

Bingo. Good analysis. ...and by good analysis I mean I concur. ;-)

They seem to think that there's this huge pool of Undecideds who they can influence.

There is more to it than that. The Republican Party was given a tremendous mandate by the average American voter in 2014. The Republican Party then proceeded to stab their own voters in the back, viciously and repeatedly, like a bunch of Manson girls on a murder rampage and now Manson Girl Nikki stands up and bemoans the fact that we are angry.

FUNH
FUGOP

I am angry and I am voting for Trump.

Funny, I view Trump as an actor and salesman but I don’t watch a lot of TV so I am objective that way. I’ve been wary about Cruz because of big church pastors. Actually, now that I think of it, I don’t trust many people at all, just a few.

If he hasn’t voted in years, he better check and see if he is still an eligible voter!

Old rule. Don’t vote, don’t b**ch. These folks who didn’t show up helped give us O. So I don’t really think they’re heroes or anything of the sort.

Good point; whatever his flaws, he is not a part of, or beholden to, the Uniparty.

If working class whites come out and vote for Trump in Iowa and elsewhere, he will easily win. They will not in large numbers support Rafael Eduardo Cruz. Cruz never earned their loyalty and leaves ‘em cold. Trump has a good chance to crack the Dims Great Blue Wall with their support. Trump will not concede the NE to the Dims.

The “thumpers” are blind to the fact that Trump has cross party appeal, and he brings in many people who have stopped voting. Thumpers would rather ride Cruze to defeat than embrace Trump. And yes, if Cruz wins the nomination he will go down to defeat in spectacular fashion. This is because of demographics, which states that there are now too many illegals and muslims voting in the upcoming Presidential elections for any conservative to ever be elected President. Trump is your last hope, Take it or lose everything.

I agree. If Trump was not running Jeb,Walker and Rubio would likely be the top three and Cruz maybe fourth.

Wait until the liberal lamestream media catches up with the fact that "millenials" are breaking hard for Trump (can't find jobs, pissed at Obama for that) and that Trumps fan base in college is growing.

Youngest son is in his Freshman year at Western Illinois University (Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement scholarship) and MANY are saying they're voting Trump.

Hillary? Not so much. Bernie Sanders? He has his followers. Trump? More than Sanders and growing.

Yes, it's one college, yes it's a microcosm.

Trump has upset the entire GOP-E and Election 2016.

Thank God and thank God for Donald Trump!
