The sixth season of CBS' hit police procedural drama TV series "Blue Bloods" is airing this week with a brand new episode that will reportedly veer away temporarily from the Reagan family crisis storyline. Meanwhile, Erin finds herself at odds with her father.

The spoiler report from Latin Post for the episode titled "The Bullitt Mustang" indicates that partners Danny and Baez will be tasked to investigate a robbery case involving a rich man whose Mustang got stolen. What makes the vehicle so special is that it is the only remaining Mustang from the 1968 film by Peter Yates, "Bullitt," where it was driven by actor Steve McQueen......

Great show. A close friend of mine is a retired LAPD homicide detective. He said it the only realistic modern police show on prime time now.

All of the others are just exaggerated entertainment.

That is a shame. I recommend to you get yourself seated in your lazyboy and start streaming Chicago Fire and Chicago PD from episode 1 until current on both. Let’s just say we will see you on Thursday if you begin watching now. You will NOT be disappointed.

Erin Reagan is the perfect bad guy, a miserable prune from the get-go. She OUGHT to be a defense attorney. She's the perfect stereotype.

It's my favorite show too. And it's NOT because hunky Mr. Gorgeous Lordhavemercy! StudMuffin Tom Selleck is the star.
:o) Uh oh, is my nose growing?

Tom Brady liked her too.

I am assuming that Brady and the actress who plays Erin Reagan had a tryst. I can't think of TOO many actresses who didn't fall onto the casting couch. Not much changes in Sleazywood.

Being an NCIS fan only, until just this season, I count this equal to NCIS.

FYI...

If you have DirecTV or AT&T's U-Verse, check out the ELREY Network (Channel 341 on DirecTV) at 3pm and 9:30pm (CST) today for a showing of BULLITT. It's a CLASSIC!!!

onyx : "Blue Bloods is my favorite TV program."

Mine too ! Especially accurate police and family friendly show , encourages family tradition of the Sunday Family Dinner .
Incidently , Bridget Moynihan was recently on Daytime programs with recent book release on those family dinners portrayed on the show
and recipies submitted by the cast memebers :
"The Blue Bloods Cookbook: 120 Recipes That Will Bring Your Family to the Table"
Hardcover– release :November 3, 2015

cloudmountain :" I am assuming that Brady and the actress who plays Erin Reagan had a tryst."

Not sure about that , but she quietly announced that she had recently married, and that the ceremnoy was small and 'quiet'.

As a Catholic, and after watching the first 5 seasons nightly in the past year, I became
disgusted with the way the Catholic Church is presented. I'd continue watching it were it
not for it's constant assault on Catholicism, in the guise of it being about a "Catholic" family.
