Obama’s forgery case was submitted to Judges DOROTHY W. NELSON, RICHARD R. CLIFTON and N. RANDY SMITH for decision. Two of the judges were appointed by George W. Bush and 1 by Jimmy Carter. It might be good for us or may mean nothing if the court decided to look the other way and ignore all of Obama’s stolen and forged IDs

Yesterday Grinols, Judd et al v Electoral College, Obama, Biden etl al went to a panel of 3 judges. Two of them are Bush appointees and one is a Carter appointee. Judges’s bios from wiki sre posted below. So far, for seven years, there was no discovery and no hearing on the merits of the matter. There is a cover up of the matter, seemingly because Obama is the most profitable puppet our ruling oligarchy ever had. US National debt more than doubled during Obama administration, went up from 9 to 19 trillion. Obama is pushing disastrous free trade agreements, which will give our oligarchy billions and will rob Americans of millions of jobs, will lower wages and will steal trillions from our treasury. This is the most reasonable explanation, why the issue of Obama’s use of a stolen CT Social security number and fabricated IDs was never heard on the merits.
A picture below shows Attorney Orly Taitz next a 90 year old WW2 veteran taken during the government shutdown on Memorial day in 2013. Right after this picture was taken Attorney and Doctor Orly Taitz was interviewed by the producer of “The Kelly File,” Megyn Kelly show on FOX. Taitz provided all the info on Obama’s use of stolen and bogus IDs. Evidence of forgery, fraud, fabrication in Obama’s IDs Megyn Kelly, just like the rest of our bought and paid for, controlled media, has been complicit in the cover up.
Dr. Taitz was upset that oral arguments were cancelled in this appeal.

There’s nothing unusual about canceling oral argument. By now the case has been briefed fully and God knows there’s a history of litigation on this. I would not expect to see the outcome Dr. Taitz wants. (this is the first I’ve heard of her in years, surprised she’s still doing this)
You’re exactly right. Except Orly Taitz has been very busy filing eligibility lawsuits and losing every one.
She lost a RICO suit challenging the Mississippi Democrat Party, Nancy Pelosi and Obama in federal court in Mississippi in March.

Would it be cynical of me to assume there’s some funding source behind her? Or is she really that dedicated to these suits, and wealthy enough to carry them for eight years? I have a Machiavellian theory that the Obamas (or their ‘people’) put her up to this so that whatever actual case there might be will never be heeded because she’s made such a muck of it from Day One.

Some of us here think that the Obama Machine WANTS everyone to look at the Birth certificate because it is a large diversionary red herring.
1. It garners Obama sympathy, “we can’t blame Obama for the actions of his Parents when he was an infant”
2. It distracts from Documents that ARE a BIG problem for Obama. (His Pocky-stan passport, His college admission papers saying he is an Indonesian citizen, his forged selective service Card, docs that cannot be waved away by the defense in Item #1. as these docs were all an issue done by an ADULT Obama at the time.)
