To Pay For Years Of ‘Institutional Racism’
An Asian woman believes that she has suffered from “institutional racism” and as such, she feels that she shouldn’t bear the financial burden of therapy, but that white people should pay for it.
An Asian woman has asked white people to pay for her therapy because she claims living with them makes her ill.
Rinna Rem, from Portland, Oregon, says the stress of being Thai-Cambodian in a predominantly white city means she has to spend $100 a month on treatment.
After suffering ‘institutional racism’ for most of her life, she decided to launch a crowdfunding page, telling white people: ‘Now it’s your turn to pay.’
Ms Rem, 29, started her campaign less than three weeks ago but has already received almost $1,500 in donations.
On the fundraising page – called White Friends, Pay For My Therapy – she wrote: ‘Dear white friends, I grew up in and live in the [Portland] area.
‘The stress of living as a Thai-Cambodian woman in such a white city replete with constant interpersonal and institutional racism has a big toll on my health and wellbeing.
‘I see an amazing therapist to cope with this s**t, but I spend $100/month on therapy for bi-weekly appointments. Now it’s your turn to pay!’
She added: ‘I want to live a healthy, happy life. I want to have a healthy, happy family in the future too. Help me pay for therapy to deal with the stress of racism. Please don’t let racism shorten my life or kill me.’
Ms Rem claims that stress from everyday racism can raise people’s risk of contracting diseases, and says it can lead to mental health problems.
The 29-year-old claims to have Marfan Syndrome – a hereditary condition which causes people to grow taller than usual, with abnormally long and slender limbs, fingers and toes.
She also says she has overcome liver disease and is battling depression
Ms Rem added that people who ask why she does not just leave Portland are no different to those who tell foreign people to ‘go back to their own country’, adding that she should not be expected to leave her hometown and family.
She originally set out to raise $1,200, but decided to double the target after suffering abuse in the comments section of the crowdfunding page.
We should not attempt to deny that racism in any form does now exist. However, it’s clear that we have “jumped the shark” on this issue as every person of color now gets to play the part of a victim and, sadly, there are still guilty white liberals who buy into this garbage.

I’m traumatized from the Asian female driver I was behind yesterday as I was trying to get to an appointment.
My young one is half-Thai (with Vietnamese heritage). Wears a T-shirt that says “Assembled in USA from foreign and domestically-sourced components. He speaks just enough Thai to say “eat rice” and “eat shit”. It’s enough.
This gal needs to blow it out her rear end and get a life. I’ll have to ask all our Thai, Cambodian and Malaysian buddies here in the Richmond, VA area if they have any problems. If they do, I suspect it’s not particularly with the whites. Just sayin’.

That sounds like some pretty inexpensive therapy, unless each session is about fifteen minutes long.
Maybe the therapy she really needs doesn’t cost any money at all.
I got a better idea.
I will throw in $100 for a one-way ticket for this Person to return to her motherland, provided that she agrees to to renounce her US citizenship and turn in her passport. That way she will not have deal with “institutional racism” ever again.

One thing I have learned in my fifty plus years is to NEVER be surprised at what a woman can convince herself she deserves once she sets her mind to it.
This is a coordinated effort to change our judicial system to one of collective guilt without rules of evidence.
It is not going anywhere now, but as the SCOTUS changes to the left, if the Dems elect a POTUS, it will gain traction.

If she’s getting ANY treatment for $100/month, where do I sign up? I would suspect that the people running Obamacare would also want some info, to bring down costs.
In my case, my cat simply WILL NOT talk to me unless I’m really drunk - and I don’t like to drink. So I need some help...there must be options.
You should make her pay for it.
This is great! She can waste all those liberals’ money as much as she wants. She can keep building them into she bleeds them dry.
