I went to the CA Assembly bill website, and the only thing coming up under “AB-69” is an amended bill dealing with peace officers wearing body cameras. There’s also nothing on the Speaker’s home bage (Toni Atkins).

So, I’m thinking this is satire or a hoax.

As my first read of the morning, I am wondering if this is real. This fits with the Marxist Manifesto, in IT it fits with the Agile Manifesto and more recently Scrum, but in the real world?! I cannot think of a more ridiculous and I'll-thought through suggestion? And suggest it as law? I own my own company and I am legally the President/CEO. This lead and direct it. I am the manager, the person that, as dictator, makes decisions. It is my business, my money, my profit or loss. Someone doesn't like it, they can quit. If I don't like their work, I will fire them.

okay, to even discuss this proposed legislation is to give it more credibility than it deserves. The authors and supporters should be voted out of office, until then have any committee assignments revoked. As much as I have always liked California, here is another reason to visit and not live there.
