To say that ramen and pho make up the majority of Orange County's Asian noodle population would be a fallacy. From the deepest corners of Little Saigon to the home court of Knott's, restaurants have been serving noodles in ways too diverse and vast to simplify, illustrating the limitlessness of the noodle's versatility. If you're interested in the county's mainstream spots but also those lesser known, here are some starting points for your upcoming noodle tour.

Used to be a Chinese place in Auburn, Washington that had the MOST delicious pan-fried noodles you could ever eat!
A little garlic, and some strange Chinese herbs...
YUM!
Es where do you go for Chinese take out?
If you get a chance go for Ma and pa Vietnenese restaurants in Little Nam aka Little Saigon
where are they?
I don’t have a real special place, al. I just go to the places nearest our home.
O man, do I love Pho!
Hard to find good Asian noodles and I have been everywhere, except Asia.
Now you made me good and hungry! Shame on you! :)
Orange Country is to far to drive back from just to get noodles . I can get there in half an hour but it would take almost 2 to get home. I settle for Top Ramen. Te stuff made by that car company, Nissin. Pool noodles are a lot more fun and have thousands of uses.
If you’re ever in Canada, there are some great places in both Vancouver and Toronto areas, like the town of Scarborough outside Toronto. I think the exchange rate is better now, too. There was a place called the Star Walk Buffet that had great food, including freshly made noodles, for about $17/person.
Finding Asian food in Southern California, particularly Orange County, is pretty much the same as finding delicious pizza in New York City:
1) You walk in.
2) Ask the owner how long he’s been open.
3) If he says over a month, you won’t be disappointed.
Le Petit Saigon in Victoria is pretty good...and walking distance from Wharf St. and the Inner Harbor area.
Fu Wing Lo is real good. Brookhurst and Heil, across from Mile Square Park.
Best egg rolls I’ve had. We like the Mandarin Chicken.
Thanks jp
