Alternate Headline = Waco Police Now Claim They Are Being Attacked By Clint Eastwood and an Orangutan Named Clyde. (ie. Waco PD Leak Security Bulletin To CNN)

NEW – To fully understand the following discussion about threats to law enforcement you must first travel back to February 20th of this year to understand the backdrop.

Previously CNN’s Evan Perez reported on an explosive story about a report leaked to him via the Department of Homeland Security, and Perez reported on the content saying DHS claims right-wing terror groups known as Sovereign Citizens were a bigger risk to national security than ISIS.

[…]”from sovereign citizen groups as equal to — and in some cases greater than — the threat from foreign Islamic terror groups, such as ISIS”. (link)

What CNN was proclaiming -as content within the DHS report- was transparently helpful to an administration surrounded by increasing focus on ISIS terrorism, and ongoing ISIS brutality viewed on TV screens throughout the preceding several months....

this whole thing stinks. I am NOT a conspiracy theorist. Usually far from it. But there is just something wrong about this situation. A biker rumble turning into nine men shot dead through the head and neck I would bet my money all by police. heck I can remember in my youth several club fights with 30 or 40 kids in the street and there were brass knuckles and chains and bats. no one got shot not once.
this seems to fit the right wing fanatic script that Obama is trying to write with the help of the media.

I have not seen the autopsy results so cannot speak to the veracity of head and neck wounds, but given that people in this particular line of “ work “ are going to deal with the police on a very adversarial plane one might think that aiming for the unarmored section of the human body would be a common thing for them.

Like the Branch Dravidian massacre in 1993, I fully expect the real answer is some where other than the “official” story so far. Time will tell and I really am hoping and praying it is not what it is starting to look like.

Non existent gangs can get you in trouble without you knowing it.

Years ago, some of the plant workers and I spent time shooting assault style rifles at a local gravel pit. They began to jokingly call themselves RUY’S RAIDERS!

Not long after, an FBI sting took down an anti-government group near here and said they were looking for a man known as RUY RAIDER!
Scared the U-no-watt out of me and I immediately declared RUY’S RAIDERS defunct! I had NO connection with those the FBI busted!

when was the last time this country an outburst of violence of any size resulted in nine people being shot dead, I would like to see video of these bikers opening up on the police. There must be dozens of shots in the police cars and in the surrounding areas with hundreds of bikers shooting back or even just dozens

Thanks for posting to the new info.

A couple of things stand out to me:

14 officers shooting vs. the 4 originally claimed.

The claim of “hundreds of rounds fired” seems to be exagerated, but 14 police with Glocks could easily fire 200 rounds in seconds.

All 9 bikers killed were Cossacks. - If there’s any truth to previous statements then the Cossacks were the ones who pulled guns and started the shooting.

The patio where the bikers were gathered was downrange from the shooting — Most rounds fired at the Cossacks would have missed and gone down range, so it looks like any gun injuries were probably caused by the police.

The statements made thus far still don’t make sense to me. I can’t get a grip on the topology of the area around Twin Peaks, so that’s part of the problem. Who was where when what happened?

The more I see of this, the worse it looks for the police. Right now it looks like the cops screwed up royally.

The $1000,000 bail is another big issue. That’s totally excessive and from the statement made to the effect that “If the innocent would act like they’re innocent and cooperate” it looks like the high bail is being used to coerce false statements out of the prisoners because they can’t raise the $100,000 minimum to make bail and aren’t getting out until they do.

At this point I’m starting to wonder who is up for re-election locally since there’s some serious grandstanding and misdirection going on.

The entire situation requires everyone to react with a- Huh?

The media is reporting spurious BS click-bait, as if they had facts.
The police “spokesman” has lied er...misspoke, several times.
Very little “chatter” is available from the people present. Which is not all that surprising, given that many were immediately jailed, all with million dollar bails set????

Something approaching the truth will eventually come out./sarcasm.

I haven't read anything substantial yet from any Texas FReepers.

Chicago on many weekends.

I am not saying that the Police did not use lethal force, I am saying that CT’s are usually far far from the truth.

when my sister first told me about Jade helm and Walmart etc I thought she was insane. But then I started reading that the Texas governor was looking into it and I think I got caught up in it lol. Now with nine bikers being shotI think I might have gotten caught up in it. And maybe that is the way Texas handles things so as to make sure trouble doesn’t come back. as conservative as I am I am still used to the New York approach where until there is blood pouring in the streets the cops hold back lol. still I don’t like at all that a Purple Heart winner from Vietnam was killed.

Shouldn’t there be lots of security videos of the parking lot from the surrounding businesses?

The twin peaks indoor video was allegedly released to media who so far won’t release it to public

It shows bikers running inside from gunfire in parking lot

And one biker on patio firing from parking lot

All maybe or not from folks who saw video and waitresses

It’s a morass and cops have walked back a lot

And all contrary witnesses are locked up on crazy charges

So do Texas folks think if cops are told to come for their guns they won’t

This whole thing is discouraging so far

My initial thought of Bandidos teaching class to the rebellious is out the window

It’s a lot of questions and contradictions

And LEO CYA

I HOPE IM WRONG

If there are, they’ve been confiscated.

I firmly believe, based on what I have evaluated of the info we have, that the bottom line is no order to shoot was given. Perhaps police thought their presence would suppress any need for them to actually DO anything and so no “chain of command” was established and at least one or some of those that ended up dropping hammers thought they were free to do so at their discretion. IMHO, a trained soldier knows that while he has a rifle and ammunition, the opportunity to put them into service at his own discretion is just about nonexistent. What has clearly happened is this: shooting started, probably by a jumpy police shooter who thought he had the authority to make that decision on his own. What happened up to that point is really trivial unless a flood of rounds began impacting on the police. If a Cossack shot at a Bandidos, whatever, I don’t care. They were there, representing themselves and their “issues” about which I care little.

The police, however much we may sarcastically refer to them as “just another gang” we’re not there on their own. As a citizen, they were there (at least austensibly) representing ME. Now we have come to a matter about which I DO care. At the end of the day, I am certain we will find, that the tax dollars of citizens were used to organize, train, and equip people with instruments of lethal force and then essentially released into the environment with minimal direction and no rational protocol for command and control and that, once panicked, took the initiative to begin the wholesale business of taking lives. Again, see if any order to shoot was given. I highly doubt it. How long did the shooting go on? I will bet that it lasted until some one realized that they were witness to a Charlie Foxtrot and then remembered that it was THEIR CF because they were “in charge”. Everything that has happened since affirms the high probability in my mind that I have it about right. Now the police have reacted predictably as the guilty party trying to obfuscate and avoid responsibility.

When the leadership of our country becomes lawless then everything that happens is suspect. When our Taxdollars turn into dead citizens in the absence of any evidence of a crime, much less a capital crime, we had all damn well better have an interest. Police with the latest battle gear and no combat training on American soil are the nightmare the Founders warned us about and tried to prevent. Now here we are.
