Maybe it is simply a rising number of trans-racials, people that were born of one race but now identify themselves as members of another race. It is appalling that the rising numbers of trans-racials are being ignored and indeed oppressed by the liberals. The liberals just can’t stop their hatred of those who are different, can they?

Out of all the experiences I have had with Hispanic and Latino people, same goes with Asian people, they never derided me or hated me because I am white, they have always treated me with respect, unlike some black people.

I am half Hispanic and have always checked the “white “ box because it’s true. My children are 1/4 Hispanic and they check it as well. Sorry, libs, your dreams of a minority-majority nation will never come to pass.
The intermarriage rate of Hispanics with whites is 50% or higher. All of those children will self-identify as white and will look white. After reaching middle class they will think like whites and vote conservative as well.
The Dems know this. That’s why they can’t give up on having tens of millions more illegals entering the country, later to be legalized.
I was working in a government personnel agency,hired in 1971. All Mexicans as well as Americans of European descent were considered Caucasian,Blacks were Negro and most people from the orient were Asian. There was also a fourth category and I can't recall what it was named but it contained a variety of islanders,including Eskimos and American Indians,I think they may have been the Mongoloids.
Recently,a former coworker and good friend and I had lunch and laughed about how when we were hired we were both white and now we were from different races.

Best Answer: In traditional anthropological studies there are actually 5 races.
These are
1) Mongoloid (Asian and American Indian)
2) Caucasoid (European)
3) Australoid (Australian and oceanic)
4) Negroid (east African black)
5) Capoid (south African black)
The remaining peoples are mixtures or “mongrels” of the different races above. This theory was originally proposed by Ashley Montague and has been disputed for years, but has still withstood the test of time to a large extent. The biggest problem with this theory is that all races share 99.99+% of the same genetic materials which means that further division of race is largely subjective, and that the original 5 races were also probably just subjective descriptions as well. The above theory has been used by people in the past to support racism as well as to refute it. All in all the preponderance of evidence suggests that race is for now a subjective term. Furthermore, until DNA technology becomes even better, then there can be no better answer than Dr. Montague’s, but that in time we will probably find more detailed versions. Apparently none of the other people answering this question have ever been to college much less have degrees in anthropology, biology and medicine!!!
Yes, but being a “native” or “mestizo” is considered “lower class” in Mexican society, thus it is preferable to label yourself as “white” whenever possible.

The people getting off the boat from Africa tend to be the best and brightest. You can’t immigrate legally to the US without means of support or a student visa. In Africa, that basically means the elite, ie not a representative sample.

Mexicans don’t like central Americans—Northern Mexicans don’t like southern Mexicans. Mexicans who came in the 1930s do not like illegals who came yesterday. They don’t like Cubans or Columbians. Yep- my sister works with nurses who came here legally from Nigeria, who jumped all the hoops and paid the expenses to get naturalized. She likes them, saying they are well educated and highly professional, are not politically correct, are religiously conservative, and as it happens they are just as irritated with illegals and liberal race-baiting as everyone else.
I’m pretty sure they’re not “fading”... :)
What she means is that they are starting to adhere to Western/Christian values because they, unlike other groups, see the value in adhering to that culture - prosperity!
