Its worse than we thought; even the Wons are frequent victims of racial injustice according to People magazine - The Obamas: How We Deal with Our Own Racist Experiences. In the article, Big Guy claims hes been mistaken for a valet and Lady M said he has also been mistaken for a waiter.
Some say hes been mistaken for a President:
Rock star? President? Whatever.
Butt I think we all know who the real president is around here:
Although undocumented and forced to live in the shadows, Val is de facto el Presidente.
And its not just BO who has to deal with racism every day; MO relates to People her own tales of victimhood:
"I tell this story I mean, even as the first lady during that wonderfully publicized trip I took to Target, not highly disguised, the only person who came up to me in the store was a woman who asked me to help her take something off a shelf. Because she didn't see me as the first lady, she saw me as someone who could help her. Those kinds of things happen in life. So it isn't anything new."
It may not be new, butt it sure is a new twist on an old story:
Id like to file a protest on behalf of short people against this sort of humor: #ShortPeoplesLivesMatter
So lets stipulate to the fact that mistakes were made. Depending on who they happen to however will determine whether or not they are racist. Take that unfortunate little mix up with Val Jar and the 4-Star General back in 2011. I covered the incident in They Also Serve Who Only Stand and Wait:
a tiny little faux pas the other night involving Big Guys trusted Chicago advisor, ValJar.
You know the old saying To a hammer, every problem looks like a nail? Well, it looks like it has a corollary: To an imperialist, every uniform looks like a waiter.
Ok, Ok, its true. Val did ask a decorated US General to fetch her a glass of wine at a black tie dinner. Butt for goodness sake lets take all of the circumstances into consideration before we jump to conclusions. For starters, the affair was held at the Alfalfa Club. The Alfalfa Club!? Isnt that just a little racist?
Furthermore, Val worked hard to become an advisor to the Won: how about we just show her a little respect here.
And to be fair, had Big Guy been there, he likely would have thought the Corpseman looked like a waiter too. Racism has a way of making you view everything as a victim, which leads you to believe you are entitled to reparations, which naturally makes everyone your vassal.
So I hope you can see that this whole little mistake had nothing to do with elitism, and everything to do with racism. Butt there you go, making Val the victim all over again. Shame on you.
According to a tipster who reported the situation to the Daily Caller, this is what happened:
According to our tipster, Jarrett was seated at the head table along with several other big-name politicians and a handful of high-ranking military officials. As an officer sporting several stars walked past Jarrett, she signaled for his attention and said, Id like another glass of wine.
Garçon!
The guy dutifully went up and got her a glass of wine, and then came back and gave it to her and took a seat at the table, our tipster said. Everyone is in tuxedos and gowns at this thing, but the military people are in full dress uniform.
Thank goodness that controversy blew over with barely a whisper. I mean, a BLACK woman mistaking a WHITE military general as a waiter? How does THAT fit our narrative of racist America? Maybe racism is just racism whether its in reverse or going FORWARD!?
Anyway, Ive got to run; Ive got another mess to clean up on aisle 6. Apparently theres been a little fall out from Big Guys latest end run around the Constitution and Congress.
Using his phone to call the Castro brothers, and his pen to normalize relations with Cuba seems to have shaken a few people up. Most likely the fallout is just due to the fact that hes black. Thats how things are in post-colonial America. It wont stop BHO however, he will proceed with his plans to "leave behind the legacy of colonization and Communism."
Im not so sure about the colonialism, butt I sure do see a trail of Communism in BHOs historic wake.
Sometimes there was no toilet paper in the shops. Luckily there was not much food either.
So lets lighten up out there! Everyone makes mistakes! It isnt always racist.
To paraphrase Freud: Sometimes a mistake is just a mistake.

Maybe they need to dress better so nobody thinks they are working folk.
Mistaken for a valet-happens to all professional black men!
Yes! very true!! Rick white men and women are always looking for a black man that they can hand their very expensive car key to.
I’ve seen that all the time but usually at gun point.
I am white and I have been mistaken for:
Valet
Grocery clerk
Best Buy employee
Waiter at a wedding
I’m sure there are others but, unlike Obama, I don’t pay that much attention to them because I don’t walk around looking to be offended.
What Mooch just doesn’t get, is that she is nothing more than a servant to the people. Yes, we pay her lavishly but without us, she is out of work. I think she has herself confused with Queen Elizabeth.
I want to read more details, too. While I was in a grocery store, I was mistaken for an employee of that store. I didn’t complain, and I answered the question.
Amazing! Some one mistook him for a human being.......
Never wore the fox coat again.

Ummmm, I could use it for fly tying material......
The pair of them just can’t help insulting people that work for a living, or those that assumed that they do honest work.
I was asked to help a lady find something at a Walmart just the other day. I never realized I was black before.
LOL
That would be like me complaining about looking like Catherine Zeta Jones. :-)

Listener Calls Into Glenn Beck Radio Show With an Incredible Allegation About Michelle Obamas Race Story
Dec. 18, 2014 11:27am Erica Ritz
A listener called into Glenn Becks radio program Thursday with an incredible story that contradicts First Lady Michelle Obamas example of racism at Target. The caller said her sister was the person who asked the first lady to help her reach something, and the shocker is the woman allegedly voted for President Barack Obama twice.
For those not familiar with the story, the first lady took a trip to Target in 2011. In a subsequent interview with David Letterman, she joked that someone didnt recognize her and asked her to help her get something off the shelf. But in a recent interview with People magazine, Obama cited the story as an example of racism, saying the woman saw me as someone who could help her.
The caller, identified only as Donna, first called into TheBlaze Radios Pat and Stu on Wednesday, outraged that her sister was being painted as a racist by the first lady. TheBlaze has made multiple attempts to contact Donnas sister since then, but was not able to reach her to independently verify her claim.

Speaking on Becks program, Donna said: The funny thing is, my sister didnt even know it was Michelle Obama until she was laying in the bed with her husband watching David Letterman and heard Michelle Obama tell the story. And she looked at her husband and said, That was me!
Michelle Obama told it accurately the first time, but she is twisting it now to make my sister out to be a racist, Donna continued. Now, her name isnt out there. But I just got furious on my sisters behalf. I can we have political differences, big time, but my sister is not a racist.
Donna said her sister is a huge Obama fan, and Beck said she told a Blaze Radio producer that her sisters husband works at MSNBC.
