The spokesman for the U.N. secretary-general says the United Nations believes air travel to and from the West African countries affected by the Ebola virus should continue despite the first reported case in the United States.
Stephane Dujarric told reporters Thursday that "it's very important not to isolate these countries" as it would worsen their political and economic situations. He says aid groups need access to the region.
The first reported U.S. case involves a man who flew from Liberia to visit relatives. His travel took him through Brussels and Washington before reaching Texas....

Guess the want to be co-conspirators....
Nope. The insanity is very real.
Sent those airlines (incubation tubes) all over the world. We are a global society and cannot discriminate.
I posted on another thread here earlier that Obama was allowing this because the U.N. told him to.
I think the U.N. should start a commercial airline company that has regular flights to all countries in the globe. One stipulation would be no flights would be allowed to fly into or out of the United States ( that’s all 57 States)
The left sees its chance to destroy their worse enemy: the USA.
I’m good with it, as long as all passengers are quarantined for three weeks upon arrival. In the UN building.
The U,N, should DIS-continue
All West African flights should be routed through LaGuardia Airport (New York, NY 11371); and all flights should include a mandatory three hour tour of the United Nations Campus to familiarize travelers with the New World Order.
We should ban air travel but allow ships. Ships would give a doctor time to find infected people.
am i reading this correct? so its all about political and economic outcomes? what about safety and lives of us American citizens? oh wait..almost forgot were 2nd class and working on becoming 3rd world sh@$hole quick fast and in a hurry! wth is going on?!? is there NOBODY in DC with backbone to stand up and say enough is enough! damn!
Mike
Of course they will continue air travel, the far left’s vision hasn’t been completed yet
People from these countries are now prevented from the hajj. Also, I believe certain countries, like Canada, are preventing flights from these countries.
Didn’t know that. It would be a great idea for all people from those countries to pass through mecca for a few weeks.
A new variation on 'spreading the wealth' now it's 'spreading the disease'
important to whom?
They want the US to pick up the tab for developing a cure. The sad thing is, Barack Obola has destroyed the US medical system that would have/could have done so. No company is going to invest billions looking for a cure that would be taken from them and given away for free — it would be corporate suicide.
British Airways have stopped their flights there!!!! ...WHY aren’t we.
The UN is also saying that untested drugs can be used against ebola. That’s it’s ethical.
