Lots of hill folk in small tight knit communities could be accused of inbreeding. Not a lot of beheadings to be reported. Sorry.

You are correct sir. Even if they were not inbreeding, I think they would still behead people. It is just Muzzies doing what Muzzies do. If they did not do these things, then I would say that maybe they are not real Muzzies. It doesn't mean they all kill people, but I suspect they approve of those who do.
The inbreeding didn’t do it. It contributed. They became deranged morons because of their culture/ideology/”religion” which prevents them from learning anything useful, and forces them to hate everyone, including themselves.
They are taught to hate, from an early age. They are abused by their elders, mentally, emotionally, physically and sexually. Their resulting anger is then directed toward the “infidel.”
The result is what we see now. Cruel, violent, sadistic subhuman savages.
