Lots of hill folk in small tight knit communities could be accused of inbreeding. Not a lot of beheadings to be reported. Sorry.
A lot of the most violent and committed jihadis are Western converts.

The inbreeding didn’t do it. It contributed. They became deranged morons because of their culture/ideology/”religion” which prevents them from learning anything useful, and forces them to hate everyone, including themselves.
They are taught to hate, from an early age. They are abused by their elders, mentally, emotionally, physically and sexually. Their resulting anger is then directed toward the “infidel.”
The result is what we see now. Cruel, violent, sadistic subhuman savages.
Not surprised. Got to remember who the REAL god the Muslims worship, and it is NOT the GOD of the Holy Bible.

Remember the notorious Jerry Sandusky scandal at Pennsylvania State University from a few years ago? Yet, his deviant behavior would be considered the norm in the Pashtun people of northern Pakistan and southern Afghanistan (and probably other Islamic ethnic groups).

Don’t discount that it may be due to cultural practices in an area that happens to also be predominantly muslim. Non-muslims (e.g. Yazidis) from that region behave in much the same way (first cousin marriage, honor killings, etc.). I think they’ve been doing it that way since before Mad Mo’s time.
Consanguinity—the prectice of first cousin marriages, even uncle/neice marriages are widespread in the muslim world.
These are damaged people genetically. But, it continues to this day.
What can be done? I will suffer many arrows for stating the following:
Kill them all above the age of six. Eradicate the cancer. Stop it once and for all. Islam is a disease. Islam is a satanic disease. Crafted for murder, pederasty, rape and pillage. Islam is a blight.
I spent most of eight years of my life in Afhanistan. I know this. I have read the Koran. I have read the Hadiths. I have lived and worked among them.
