The “fact” that anyone thinks different drives me insane. I work for the DoD and all federal agencies are required to have all email kept on server banks at a third location. These backups are triple redundancy and there is now way they can disappear. That is how we can log on to any computer in the world and get our emails.

She has been lying, they all have been lying, this whole time and nobody, the press, has been calling them on it. Every single email a federal employee sends are kept permanently forever, period.

I once did a tour of duty in the belly of the beast and that was my understanding as well. I haven’t opined on it because I frankly paid it no mind, on the understanding that all was backed up, the techs had you covered if you had a problem, and folks should be careful what they put in email.

SO ... if everything up to now has been a pack of lies, can the judge find those who testified falsely in contempt and have them locked up for an exemplary period?
