There was a thread last week on FR with pics of tanks going to towns and Brevard, NC was pictured, I tried to locate it but the name of the thread escapes me...so stop trying to pick a fight and check it out, since you know your way around FR threads better than I do.

That is one of the reasons it is seen as a great idea by conservatives sites like The Heritage Foundation.
People can agree or disagree with the military decision, but it is a normal thing for the military to do.
That doesn’t make sense.

Sometimes they actually do make wise, reality-based decisions.
NGs don't really have depot facilities either - regular Army is better suited from both a maintenance/repair and a supply-chain angle.
They would have to send their stuff to CCAD or the like for any heavy work anyway.
I know what a tank looks like...I have two honorable discharges....but I guess you have never made a mistake in terminology, when your mind is thinking one thing and your mouth (typing) is saying something else!
Your attitude toward me is terrible as you are always looking to correct my comments, and I don’t like communicating with you, so maybe I didn’t pay attention to my terminology. Every comment you make to me is confrontational and I only answer you out of respect.
I apologized it was an ‘armored vehicle’. I’m a female so plug up some of that testosterone, I am not impressed! We are not on the battlefield.
