LOL I really did like my Twinkies. But I guess I’ll have to get a new Twinkie!
Congrats on your weight loss! Wish you the best.
People got fatter when they started to crack down on smoking.
Thank you, and that’s an impressive weight loss! I actually like going to the gym. I’ve been feeling better, must be those endorphins kicking in. Good luck with your weight loss!
That’s awesome, I will look into it.
Fortunately, I gave up drinking at the beginning of this year. A lot of my weight is beer weight, but that’s a story for another day!
Thanks, I will check it out.
I’m looking forward to that!
LOLOLOL!!! Love it!!!!
I do most of those things, water is a habit I got into two years ago, and I drink 48 oz. at least every day. I do take vitamins and try to eat a diet with a variety of foods. I also gave up diet soda two years ago, and I drink water, Perrier, or Pellegrino. Thanks for your tips.
I know processed foods are crap, but they are easy and convenient. I’d probably go into shock and die if I had fresh fruit, lol. I will work towards making the diet healthier.
Thanks for your reply, sounds like you have a healthy diet.
When I lost 50 lbs. I did a low fat diet, basically no more than 30 grams of fat per day. With exercise, I lost the 50 in only five months.
I was hoping to inspire people! It was difficult to “come out” about being so overweight, and I hesitated posting this story on here. But, I feel like the pressure is on to succeed, and that’s why I did it. If you’d like to stay in touch, PM me and I’ll give you my email or Facebook info. Wishing you the best!
That is total BS. Tell that to an "Apple Shape" with thyroid/autoimmune problems who has struggled an entire lifetime STARVING to maintain a healthy weight. No pie hole stuffing (lovely) going on, just eating a meager 1300 calories a day -- what fun! Add a glass or two of wine and you're down to 800-900 calories of food. Think it's easy? Try it.
You can do this. My success has been through eliminating sugar and most other white refined starch from my diet. I eat lots of green veggies, and chicken, fatty fish like salmon, and red meat. I also use a lot of coconut oil and some real butter.
I walk as much as I can, and I’ve done Zumba (well, I’ve participated enthusiastically). It feels good to get exercise.
I wish you great success and a very substantial improvement in your health and well-being.
Also drink at least 10 cups of water per day, as dehydration promotes fat retention.
