It is not constitutional for the federal government to pass any gun regulations whatsoever. The second amendment clearly states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Thanks SaveOurRepublicFromTyranny.
The government ceased to care about the Bill of Rights and the Constitution years ago...!
Any firearms that I may, or may not have, will be like a large portion of Hussein’s hispanic supporters - undocumented.
Legally, a simple statute cannot surpass the 2nd Amendment to The Bill of Right, to The US Constitution. (Mark Levin)
But they could give a flying rat’s rearend about that. They’re doing it and going to keep doing it. SCOTUS is corrupted. We’re screwed as a Nation.
Now, they are embolden by the recent “never let a crisis go to waste” incidents. They WILL come after ANY/ALL firearms whenever they choose. May the Lord protect each of us who have the WILL to fight back, albeit against tremendous, one sided odds. Many on BOTH sides will have to pay with their lives and for what? It was not/is not gun ownership that is fueling this debacle, it is just plain POWER! They have it, we don't. BE prepared!
I just explain that I’m pro-choice, on guns. Like an abortion, don’t like them? Don’t get one.
Love that pic!
The only action that would matter would be the sudden, violent, and mysterious deaths of dozens of Federal and state congresscritters, and attorneys general. A possible alternative action that might matter would be break-ins to hundreds of gun and pawn shops, and the burning of every 4473 form in the bound book in every shop.
There are no Americans left that have the courage and wherewithal to perform these actions, so we will continue down the slope we've been on since 1934: less and less firearms freedom, until nobody but government butt-kissers have guns. Mao quote here.
A well placed shot behind the ear by one of these will silence the most vocal Liberal............
“BE prepared!”
I am, bigtime. Watch your 6...
No, that gun is not the one Liberals consider protected under the second amendment because it is a handgun. Only a single shot rifle and a double barrel shotgun are protected, and the most extreme only protect the black powder rifles in use at the time of adoption.
“But they could give a flying rats rearend about that. Theyre doing it and going to keep doing it. SCOTUS is corrupted. Were screwed as a Nation.”
Amen...!
I respectfully disagree with above statement for the following reason. Conceptually, the Founding States would have included federal government power to regulate guns in the 1st Amendment's list of power prohibited to Congress.
H O W E V E R ...
The Founding States had previously delegated to Congress the specific power to maintain an army as evidenced by Clauses 12-17 of Section 8 of Article I of the Constitution. So the Founding States couldn't backpedal on Congress's power to regulate guns, reasonably implied by the clauses referenced above, by subsequently prohibiting such powers to Congress in 1A imo.
In fact, federal government power to regulate guns is evidenced by the Militia Acts of 1792.
Militia Acts of 1792
On the other hand, please consider the following about modern federal gun regulations. In attempting to research the history of federal gun regulations for civilians, I found it disturbing that such regulations didn't seem to show up in the books until after Constitution-ignoring socialist FDR became president. The problem is that FDR and Congress at that time were infamous for blatantly ignoring the federal government's constitutionally limited powers.
Except that the Act “regulated” guns by ensuring anyone conscriptable was armed to a minimum standard, could be “called up”, and appear for training monthly. Today the equivalent would require every Selective Service registrant buy an M16, 1000 rounds ammo, have basic backpacking gear, and have 12 days training a year - hardly equivalent to what is derisively called “regulated” today.
