As a result of Tuesday's election, Americans in 15 states have filed petitions to secede from the United States, Regina Conley reported at Red Alert Politics on Saturday.

So far, she says, residents in Louisiana, Texas, Kentucky, Colorado, New Jersey and ten other states, have filed petitions at the White House petition site requesting secession. A petition for New York to secede was file by "C R" of Grand Forks, North Dakota on Saturday.

Examiner's Sheila Carroll says those other states include Montana, North Dakota, Indiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Oregon.

On November 7, the day after the election, "Michael E" from Slidell, Louisiana, filed a petition at the White House "We the People" site, requesting that Louisiana be allowed to secede...

You are posting to someone who stood up to Putins invasion of Georgia, while other freepers defended it as benign. You are also posting to someone who stood up and defended Alexander Litvinenko, while a bunch of Russian freepers defended his poisoning by claiming he was a Muslim terrorist. Yeah, I know what Putin is all about, but we have a far worse enemy in the White House. That is what matters right now.

Scotland soon will have this vote for independence from Britain.

My surname ancestors fought along side Robert the Bruce and helped Scotland win its first Independence. That was over 400 years before George Washington took his troops over a frozen river. Scotland went on to even rule England for awhile as a Scottish King sat on the British throne. Of course it kinda went all downhill from there. My surname ancestors however left Scotland a little after a Scottish King had ruled all of the United Kingdom form the throne in England. We came to America to continue freedom. And I pledge my life to win freedom for the states.

How about filing petitions to kick the blue States out and let them find a new name, Leaving America to continue without their BS?

The Blue states will be open to secession. DC is under control of the Mexican Drug Cartels. IE - Fast and Furious. That is why Obama is cracking down on the legalization movement for marijuana. Leftist however want that marijuana more then anything else. They want it legal. If they secede, they can keep it legal.

“Comments?”

There seems to be a lot of support for those whose goal is the destruction of the United States. We should be working against those people, not in support of them.

Even Texas will be a Democrat state within a couple of election cycles. Did you see all the blue on the south Texas election maps?

Not if conservatives living in blue states move here. That is precisely what I did. Texans know they are being overrun and they should welcome the help from us conservatives looking for sanctuary.

The feds always win, they have superior firepower.

Not true. England lost to Scotland when my Scottish ancestors defied the odds back in the 1300's. And our countries founders beat the odds back in the late 1700's. Besides, the feds right now have worked themselves into one of the biggest binds in world history. The largest debt ever. The largest deficits ever. And they have installed throughout their territory very vulnerable nuclear reactors with design flaws. Humpty Dumpty on steroids.

Nope. Just corrupt DC my friend. The states will be free to reunite once the debt ridden, maggot infested, cronies are gone.

“Just corrupt DC my friend. The states will be free to reunite...”

1. If they want to get rid of “corrupt DC” the states should work together to do so instead of individually submitting a petition to “peacefully withdraw” to a recipient with no authority to grant the petition. The states and the people created the Federal Government, the “corrupt DC”. They can replace it if they will. If they won't, I don't see how they can even manage a withdrawal, peaceful or not.

2. The states may be free to reunite afterward, but there will be much pressure to prevent reunification.

I would say up here in Estes Park but after seeing the fighter jet come screaming into this valley at treetop level for the Scottish/Irish Festival I don't think we can keep it secret or safe. Gotta work on that invisibility screen. lol

On a serious note; if I had more choice about it I would live on the western slope around GJ, Montrose, Paonia etc. Less wind, lower altitude, more access to better hunting (although I don't hunt anymore) and longer growing seasons.

Don’t be absurd. Renouncing our citizenship would be like saying, ...

I don't know what the heck you're talking about. I haven't renounced anything and don't intend to. Did you reply to the wrong post?

0bassturd pays no attention to it as it is. He openly insults the Supremes and lies about their past decisions in front of the entire assembled Congress. Even without new Justices he has dismissed them with a wave of his Imperial hand.

That's the $64Trillion dollar question, When??? It's maddening that so many of our fellow citizens believe in the evil left. Heck, I have relatives in Chicago that think he is God like. Needless to say, we never talk anymore.

When will people wake up?? I wish it was today..

I know, I had a friend I knew since 1972 when we went to pre-first grade since we were 6 years old. He thinks Obama is a ghod, needless to say, we've ended 40 years of friendship. There is something to this that reminds me of the Civil War or the American Revolution, "brother against bronter" and so on.

Nothing worse than tangling with a brontor.

Tell me about it! When that heavy "Brontor" sits on you, you're done! B-)

Seriously, I meant "brother against brother."
