Citizens in 15 states file petitions to secede from United States

As a result of Tuesday's election, Americans in 15 states have filed petitions to secede from the United States, Regina Conley reported at Red Alert Politics on Saturday.

So far, she says, residents in Louisiana, Texas, Kentucky, Colorado, New Jersey and ten other states, have filed petitions at the White House petition site requesting secession. A petition for New York to secede was file by "C R" of Grand Forks, North Dakota on Saturday.

Examiner's Sheila Carroll says those other states include Montana, North Dakota, Indiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Oregon.

On November 7, the day after the election, "Michael E" from Slidell, Louisiana, filed a petition at the White House "We the People" site, requesting that Louisiana be allowed to secede...

The people signing the petitions to secede from the United States should instead surrender their U.S. citizenship and leave our states to be defended by Patriots who don’t cut and run.

When elected officials and bureaucracies act outside the law they are simply lawbreakers. When the majority of the people vote in favor of the lawlessness that has greatly manifested itself in the highest offices they have withdrawn their consent to be governed by a constitutional government. By what legitimate basis does the United States of America, as a Constitutional republic, still exist?

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

'The People' no longer support that. They voted in support of lawlessness from the highest office on down. They voted against the rule of law. By referendum we now have a banana republic. The USAINO.

You can stay with the Banana Republic and support it if you want to.

I don't consider this a secessionist movement so much as a movement to kick out the "Blue" areas from the Union. We can call it whatever is convenient. All I want is to end these pointless discussions and get myself free of PeeCee rule.

I'm not leaving the USA, Connecticut is.

I’m not leaving the country the country left me. I still support the rule of law and the Constitution. But both of those things require the consent of the governed in order to exist beyond an academic theory.

I don’t really like the idea of secession by states. Some of this is because I served in WWII and my only brother was killed in that war to save a great Nation. However, I can empathize with those who believe the intent of the Founding Fathers for ‘more perfect government’ was /is being lost by widespread Chicago politics and fraud and about 50 % of the population enabling such. I did notice that Mississippi was one of the states seeking secession. This rings a bell that just perhaps Dr. Taitz’s court challenge to Obama’s eligibility has found some footing in a court of record. It would also be good if Viscount Monckton’s declaration of fraud in Obama’s birth certificate were part of the court hearing in MS. To go a step further it would be very interesting if one Senator and one Representative would throw an objection disclaimer in the pot when the votes for certification of electoral votes is called.

First, the inciement to secede is treasonous. There is a lawful means by which a State may join and leave the union with the United States of America. None of these so-called petitions remotely complies with such Consitutional niceties.

Secondly, every person who participates in one of these petitions inciting treasonous secession is giving aid and comfort to the foreign enemies of the United States who have for decades been attempting to bring about an American civil war and disunion of the states. The people who think they are just innocently shooting their mouths off to vent their anger had better rethink what theey are doing very very soberly. It is to be expected to see a number of fifth columnists helping to instigate and promote an American civil war and disunion. You won’t know which of these posters and/or petitioners they may be. So, it is up to each person to deecide whetheer they are going tto help the enemies of the United States seeking civil war and the manifold deaths that owuld result or help true Patriots in their struggle to protect and defend all of the United Sttates and its union.

That’s all academic. The people voted to end the rule of law. The Constitution is no longer has legitimate authority.

You are the only one talking Civil War my friend. And just so you know, the US cannot ever have another Civil War.There are dozens of very old still operating nuclear reactors across this country mainly concentrated in the north east. All these old reactors have significant design flaws and all still have hundreds of spent fuel rods near them. They are all similar to the reactors that melted down in Japan. During a conflict they can easily lose external power. Then they are on backup diesel generators. If they run out of diesel, the reactor melts down. All of that can easily happen during a civil war. So anyone advocating a Civil War is an enemy of our states.

We plan to leave peacefully and you will have no choice.

First, the idea that the majority of U.S. citizens voted to reelect this Administration is a lie and a fraud. The majority voted for Romney, but the Democrats used illagal aliens and other massive forms of vote fraud to suppress the majority vote.

Second, you and others have not yet even begun to try much less exhause a plethora of Constitutional means to restore the rule of law in the United States. Consequently, you and others who choose to incite disunion, civil war, and and all of the attendant evils from such strife are not one iota better than the the people who stole the elections. Instead, you are undermining and threatening the lives and properties of the true Patriots endeavoring to lawfully protect and defend all of the States in the union of the United States.

Prove that. Maybe you should prove that Kennedy didn't win either.

It no longer has any legitimate authority so it is delusional to talk of exhausting Constitutional means. In fact secession is really a joke because there is no Union to secede from now. But it's a good way to mess with the Banana Republic.
