Yesterday at approximately 2:45PM I got a Google alert in my email linking me to the this story. The Vetting - Exclusive - Obama's Literary Agent in 1991 Booklet: 'Born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii' Read this piece twice to make sure I comprehended what I was reading. I then tried to verify this agent, and I did see their website here. I quickly sent the link to Drudge and before this story was 30 mins old it was on Drudge and exploding all over the internet. For most of the day it was the hottest link on the World Wide Web according to Alexa.com meaning that hundreds of millions of people read this story. I am in now way taking credit for the story appearing on Drudge as this was spreading so far and so fast no one can be sure who got it to Drudge first or if Drudge even found it on his own. My point is a larger one.
Mr Obama, as he is know today, has not offered any documentation of who he is. In fact all he has presented is at best suspect and in my opinion complete fabrications. We need not get into that here. But since his announcement there has been stories of him being born in Kenya. So having this turn up is no big surprise. And the agent can claim it was a mistake all day long but how can you claim an error in fact checking when you error just happens to be "Kenya?" What I would like to explore is what happens now? Lets first listen to Jack Cashill's take on this new revelation.
Literary Bio Claims Obama Born in Kenya
Mr Cashill's summation is that Obama wanted to be mayor of Chicago and that was the purpose of Dreams of My Father, and as Jack points out, it makes much more sense in the way it was written and the content of the book. It also means that being born in Kenya was not going to effect his run for a mayoral position.
So when did Mr. Obama decide to run for POTUS? I wasn't in 2004 after he gave his speech at the DNC convention in Boston, here, because the long time literary agent still had Mr. Obama listed as born in Kenya. In February of 2007 Mr. Obama announced his candidacy for POTUS. His bio on his agent's website changed from time to time. Note that this first listing has added Chicago as a place were his was raised, that was not in the booklet from 1991 again lending to the Chicago mayoral aspirations.

We have an official Kenyan Parliament member speaking on the floor of parliament.

In Obama's biographical book "Dreams from My Father", on page 126, Obama tells the account of Obama's mom telling him that some day it was intended that all three of them were to return to Kenya.
There are more examples of his origins. There is also this little interesting find. INS DOC FOUND: U.S. CERTIFICATE ISSUED TO ONE EAST AFRICAN-BORN CHILD OF U.S. CITIZEN IN 1961! Very interesting read. I will post one snip.
Corroborating data from passenger arrivals of flights entering the U.S. between July 1st, 1961 and June 30th, 1962 indicates this one individual may have been originally classified as an alien upon arrival prior to application for derivative citizenship. The INS report shows there was only one individual who was originally classified by the INS as an alien arriving by air from Kenya. This individual was possibly inspected by INS officers in Hawaii upon arrival at the INS station located within Honolulu International Airport sometime in early August of 1961.
So as I asked above, what now? It appears that Mr. Obama is not eligible to be POTUS. It also appears that he knew that. That means he committed fraud to obtain the office meaning he is a Usurper and needs to be removed, not impeached, removed.
There is precedence for removing an ineligible elected official. See Attorney General ex rel. Bashford v. Barstow (1856) The Wisconsin Supreme Court removed an incumbent governor from office after it was discovered that his victory was the result of fraud. This case helped to create the tradition of independence and honesty that has marked Wisconsin politics and law ever since. Further, the case established the independence of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the important principle that the Court has the power to interpret the state Constitution. I think the record suggests this one individual might have been the brother OMAR - now known as OBAMA ONYANGO still living in the US. He was brought over from Kenya and attended a private high school and lived with Barack Hussein Obama Onyango in Cambridge.

All I know is, the kenyan must have come into money, he could afford to go on a bus tour of the US before starting at Harvard, he met Hal Abercrombie and his wife for dinner at The Blue Fox...where he behaved like an asshole, according to Hal. And Hal was the Abercrombie who said he never met the kenyan with ‘Anne’ or knew about a child, remember? The kenyan left Hawaii June 22, 1962. Omar, the half brother started at the private high school September 1962 iirc.(who paid?) Cora Weiss says Tom Mboya...she’s lying. The two of them, Omar and Barack shared an apartment.
The kenyan was ‘persuaded’ to remove himself from the US, he left in the Fall of 1964. Omar dropped out of school, went downhill from then on...
