Former Godfathers Pizza CEO had some strong words for President Barack Obama Monday morning. Yahoo! News Chris Moody reported Monday morning that Cain called the commander-in-chief a liar. While allowing that it wasnt necessarily the most politically correct statement hes ever made, Cain has doubled down rather than walking it back.
Talking to Megyn Kelley Monday afternoon on the Fox News Channels America Live, Cain blasted Obama and contended that his statements about the wealthiest paying their fair share amounted to class warfare. Obama has claimed in recent days that it does not.
With all due respect political correctness is not one of my strong points it is a lie, Cain said. And it is class warfare Fifty percent of the American taxpayers pay 97 percent of the taxes. Thats not fair enough? When will it be fair? When 50 percent pay 100 percent?
And Cain added that it was up to the media to hold Obama accountable, which he said they have failed to do.
The mainstream media give this president a pass on those kinds of statements, he said. Im not going to give this president a pass just because hes the president of the United States of America. The American people need to know the truth. This is what Im talking about It is class warfare, pure and simple, and the facts bear that out.
Watch:
Cain has had a very interesting life. I really like and admire the man.

If you don’t know a lot about him, I’d encourage you to read up on him. A lot more to the man than Godfather’s Pizza.
Be careful with Wikipedia, though, Cain’s enemies are constantly trying to post misinformation on that page.
Cain would easily crush Obama in 2012.
Anyone besides me sick of the term “double down”?
Very good. I like him more and more!
Nice work!
Amen brother.
Cain says the right things BUT I can not vote for him because he has no experience in Government—he hasn’t run a city, a state, or served in Congress. I want someone who will not be learning on the job—we got one of those last time and look how things turned out.
Thanks for doing that! I “liked” your page already I hope others will do the same!
>>> Cain says the right things BUT I can not vote for him because he has no experience in Governmenthe hasnt run a city, a state, or served in Congress.
CEO of a multimillion dollar corporation is a far cry from illegal alien community organizer.
Executive leadership is what we need, and Cain has it.
He has proved himself by saving a bankrupt company, and can do the same for the nation.
Romney himself touts his own private sector experience as a leader... more-so over his executive leadership in elected office. “No government experience” is a WEAK argument... especially considering Cain DOES have government experience, and certainly had to deal with the government most of his career.
Thank You. I certainly would love to see that! Who would you like to see for VP?
I nominate Lt. Col. Allen West, Freshman Congressman from District 22 FL! :-)
Both Sarah and Herman articulate what most of America REALLY wants and needs!
Thank you, Mr. Cain!
I’m not sure...
I like the idea of anyone with a military or foreign policy background.
I like Bachmann, her ideas seem to mesh with Cain closely and they get along great. Rubio keeps getting a mention, but I admit I don’t know that much about him. I wish we had a 90s version of Newt without the personal and political lack of loyalty issue.
Newt is from the same state as Herman, so Constitutionally, he’s not allowed.
Rubio has some “Natural Born Issues” that although HE was born in the USA, his parents were not yet Naturalized Citizens at the time of his birth. A very minor point, but you KNOW how the libtards would spin it. I like him though. He is my Senator.
You know what is funny? Many northerners will make fun of his accent.
He has has a great deal of experience, much of it related to government. He began as a mathematician working for DoD. He has been a chairman of a regional federal Reserve Board. He has been a successful businessman, and certainly knowledgeable in dealing with government agencies. Famously, he took on Bill Clinton and showed him the error of his ways in a town meeting setting. Furthermore, he seems to be a man of character, good humor and optimism. We will see how well he handles the pressure. But I like him.
