But Gov. Christie might be a good POTUS. He is impressive.

Good? Maybe.
I guess the more relevant question is, would she be better than what we have right now? In that regard, I have no doubt that yes, she would be.
Then again, most people would be.

Anybody who cannot see that she would be a great President already has a dog in the hunt or they aren’t too clever!

Whether Palin would be a good president is knowable, as with anyone else, only if/when she becomes the president. The evidence- executive experience combined with conservative small government principles and consistency indicate that a bet on her is more apt to be good than with most others, however, but it is still a bet. Christie is showing up well but we have to see how he does over a longer haul and whether he gets his program successfully implemented without compromising away his principles and even at that he will still be a "bet."
Given all that, I believe that Mrs. Palin is, indeed running for the office. She has obviously made productive study of Reagan's methods and she is continuing to educate herself. No one else who is running, Romney, looks to be a good bet. Romney might be an effective president, but LBJ was that and, so far, so is the Kenyan.

Obama’s experience consisted of being a community agitator, a state senator and a brief experience as Fed. IL senator (voting Present).
Palin’s experience consisted of being the head of different organizations culminating in Governor of Alaska. She jawboned with oil companies to forge alliances and she took on the Republican party in Alaska.
Easy choice for best candidate for Prez btwn those two.
Yes, she’d be a fine Prez!

Of course US Snooze wants to make it a negative for Sarah, to muddy the waters for her. Who knows who will be running for the Republicans for 2012? Sarah has shown herself to be as astute a politician as anyone out there right now, and is trusted by more folks than trust Obama right now.
The MSM is still on the 'Sarah is stupid' bandwagon, but the more her opinion columns are read by average folks, the more she makes sense to them. She understands the oil problem right now, and has pointed out the mistakes Obama has made regarding the follow up, or NON follow up, as the case may be, to the BP accident. Plenty of folks are agreeing with her, so the timing of this poll isn't an accident.

Gonna have to work hard on this one to overcome the current negative results of the poll. Did my part, though.

This is NOT her time to run. Way too soon. Or maybe never. So many people have a visceral hatred of Palin, fear her evangelical religion, cringe when they hear her down-home folksy speech, she shoots moose & is a woman....get a grip everyone. Personally I think she is fantastic. I think she has found her place doing exactly what she is doing now. Remember the book "The Peter Principle"? The one to run has yet to appear unless you look towards New Jersey....the only one to even have a chance of winning is Governor Cristie.
