Not to mention the blast pattern is not typical of this type of missile payload, unless they shot a very small nuke at it.

Are these photos attempting to manifest they shoot nuclear weapons at aircraft overflying their airspace?

Now that we have Open Skies treaties and their Internet Google maps service provides more accurate photoimagery of US DOD bases than we have of theirs, why are they so belligerent?
