Eligibility arguments to get court hearing - 'For 1st time, we have a judge who's listening'

In what ultimately could prove to be a turning point in the legal challenges to Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, a federal judge in California has planned a hearing on the merits of a federal court case raising those questions.

According to attorney Orly Taitz, who is working on multiple cases alleging Obama is a "usurper" because he doesn't meet the constitutional requirement that only a "natural born citizen" can be president, U.S. District Judge David O. Carter ruled in a hearing today that her case will move forward.

The hearing was on her motion for a default order against Obama, because although Taitz said she notified him of the action, Obama's attorneys did not make an appearance.

Her complaint was filed against the president on Jan. 20, the day of his inauguration, over his actions before he became president.

What would get very weird, is the necessity (if this case is successful) of reviewing and legally evaluating every action made by the Office of the President since January 20th.

Is any signed bill valid? Is any Executive Order valid? Is any nomination to an office valid?

That scenario alone, would put terms of "the full faith" of the US government (the "intangible asset" that gives a dollar its value) up for negotiation.

I have a nagging feeling that this has been planned for a long time....elect a minority president to show how 'enlightened' we are....hold off all questions regarding his eligibility until he he becomes dangerous to the economy(cap'n'trade, obamacare)...finally 'allow' lawsuits to proceed to reveal the truth....riots ensue....what's next?

It feels too 'wag the dog' to me.

That sounds pretty paranoid imho. I believe it is as simple as Obama may not be eligible to hold the office and the people who surround him have been trying to hide the fact for a very long time.

The truth always rises to the surface though and it appears that it about to rise here.

I have always believed that there are folks in the CIA, etc. that know the truth. It IS possible that they didn’t want to rock the boat out of fear of riots and chaos.

Obama and the democrats are moving so quickly to destroy this country with their marxist policies that someone in the know might have decided that riots are better than tyranny. It’s possible.

Consider all the coincidences surrounding the illegal access to his passport records (one dead guy), the gay chorus director at his church who might have known his sexual orientation (another dead guy), and what happened on the eve of the election -- to the last first-person witness involved with his birth (a dead grandmother).
