I am not trying to convince anyone of anything, It is a fair question to ask, and one that must be considered when the voters go to the polls... maybe just maybe there are folks who will want to avoid a Constitutional crisis.. Of course Obama can clear this up by telling us the truth.. but that might be too much to ask for.
Agree. Obama is not going to win, so this won’t be an issue. However, if he is an illegal alien, he should be deported.
People are real morons to allow a constitutional crisis to occur with the current crop of morons in DC ready to “fix” the constitution for us.
The constitution is very clear on who can serve. The real problem is in who decides who is eligible. In this case, we’re taking the democrat’s word for it. We need an open system of approving the candidate’s eligibility.

Give it UP!!!! The state of Hawaii has confirmed that Obama was born in Hawaii and that they have his ORIGINAL birth certificate. Obama produced and original COLB to the VIrginia Board of Elections, which then produced it, with an affidavit attesting to its authenticity from the Hawaii Dept. of Health.
This is a silly distraction from the real issues in this election!!!!
..we may not need this now from what I am hearing—but after the election we will have plenty of time to search this out, precluding him from ever seeking the high office again...

Also....Too many of our poorly educated government schooled citizens do NOT know that a president must be a **natural born** citizen. The ad does not educate the viewer on that point. I am concerned that the typical Obama supporter would merely say, “Born in Kenya? So What!?”

I read that article last night. They confirmed they have his original birth certificate.
They did NOT confirm that he was born in Hawaii. That was the interpretation by some of the articles, usually expressed in a headline.
The wording set off my Clintonian BS detector. So, I asked: is it possible to have an original birth certificate in Hawaii, without actually being born there?
The answer is apparently: yes. However, I don't know if that is the case with Obama.

The original birth certificate, or a certificate of live birth, which has been discussed ad nauseum? The latter isn't sufficient proof of "natural born". However, it may be considered sufficient proof of citzenship.

Yes, it is. But frankly, I would rather see Obama lose the election and make this a moot point, rather than plunging into a Constitutional crisis afterward.

Agree with you completely. When Obama is defeated, he needs to know that it has everything to do with his refusal to produce records.
In fact, it’s a travesty that he was even allowed to get on any ballot in any state in this country without producing proof that he’s a citizen. States need to get with the program and make such vetting a part of the balloting process.
When did he present an original Birth Certificate to the Virginia Board of Elections?
Why wouldn’t he show it to Pennsylvania?
