That sounds two uppity for us southreners. We'd just marinate it in Dales and grill the heck out of it.

I don't know. Brains are kind of fluffy and delicate, sort of like chicken livers. If they got stuck to the grill, there might not be too much left to eat. That's why I would go with sauteeing them in a skillet. With lots of butter at least ;-D

I'm too much of a knuckle dragger. Maybe I could put the entire skull in the smoker for a half day. I don't know how to cook inside.

The skull would protect the brains from sticking to the grill, yet allow the smoke to flavor them! May I suggest not using Hickory chips for this? Applewood would be excellent, along with some aromatic herbs strew over the wood.

I'm having chicken taquitos for lunch, how about you?

Should we ping Protagoras? /evil grin

I skipped lunch today. I only have either breakfast or lunch never both, then dinner. Tons of coffee. Don't ping Protractorazz, I ain't got time for the little self ignite flamer. I think he is an adolescent male with ADD and an anger problem. He still hasn't called. I guess he is not allowed to make long distance calls.

protatoctologist is busy flaming people on another thread, last time I looked.

I don't feel like eating except to make sure there's food on the tummy for the pills. I kind of lost my appetite. That's ok, there's 4 kids who are trying to force feed me. I feel like one of those French geese, except if you eat my liver, you'll be buzzed for a week...

Heehee, put another brain on the barbie...

Protugmyanus is a freak side show. We had baked chicken last night no humans around that needed cooking. I'm gonna go peek in on Proturdmyazz.

Yeah Provisoazz was on the kiddy clothing post. I didn't want to play there. If you see him somewhere interesting, let me know.

That's what it was, the kid's clothing thread.

As soon as I can get together some kind of ping list, I'll get back to you with a most interesting post. There is a judge in Florida who needs to be FReeped.

But chopping a baby into small parts using foreceps, a dull knife, and a vacuum machine is perfectly legal.
