Actually, of course it does! To think otherwise is to believe that stupid folks invented the internet! Silly statement!
Now that has no bearing on race though as there are high IQ folks in all races so...
I want to add that in my business experience (long time ago it seems), everyone that I met that exceeded in business, my boss in most cases, had a very high IQ (160+). I’m sure that there were others that had there futures propped up by family money). But these smart folks had the ability to start and direct a business, and succeed. So while I understand your put-down, I would advise you to re-think your ideas about smart folks. They tend to succeed in business (especially start ups) where others fail.

You had better look at the intellectual accomplishments and wide range of ethnicity among successful financial markets traders and investors before you try to rely on that unsupportable argument. It takes smarts, wisdom, patience, persistence, and much more to succeed; and there are many very smart people of any and all cultures who simply fail to muster the capability for success in the financial markets.

Look at the difference between blacks, and the Japanese that were interned and had all they owned taken from them during WW II.
The Japanese regained all that they had lost, and more, within two generations.
Blacks seem to remain on the plantation voluntarily.
