You don’t think that IQ is a factor in cultural preferences?

Look at the difference between blacks, and the Japanese that were interned and had all they owned taken from them during WW II.

The Japanese regained all that they had lost, and more, within two generations.

Blacks seem to remain on the plantation voluntarily.

Maybe to an extent, but I think culture is mostly habit. Some cultures have good habits and some have bad habits. People who have an ability to look outside of themselves and their surroundings can begin to develop better habits, but that’s less IQ than EQ.
