Good morning!
Another excellent topic today. Uncommon valor was quite common on Guadalcanal and those who fought there certainly deserve our respect.
I am an avid wargamer and play a good tactical system that among its expansion kits details some of the fighting on Edson's Ridge. Riveting stuff, to be sure.

Well I certainly knew they were bougainvillea but as to the why...if it's not "just cuz" then I'm not sure. Is it a hint?
Does it have to do with our special project thread?

Look up some of the other Islands in the Solomons Chain.
