Schwarzenegger hinted around last night and today that he would like Tom on Board.

Man, I am to the point Saber, that I hope one of them joins the other. Time is drawing down, and with both running, it spells almost certain defeat.....

Something better happen pretty damn soon.

"Gun controls should be stiffer." --Arnold Schwarzenegger

He's in favor of the "assault weapons" ban, and closing the "gun show loophole". Since there is no gun show loophole in CA, he must mean the Second Amendment.

Molon Labe!

I was just wondering why you went to that effort. It resembled my son's returned homework!

I found myself in a minor scrape with a fellow FReeper. As you probably know, discussion on this forum can include full contact Moe and Curly Howard nose tweaks and eye gouges at times! Looking back, I was probably a bit to rough with Carbon14. Already my spirit is tasking me to send a note to make amends.

BTW, how is Phoenix holding up? If things get much worse in CA I may have to divest my holdings here and move out. I had a consulting contract in Mesa a few years ago and found the area very attractive. Scottsdale was also very nice. Have the Libs destroyed Phoenix by now? They seem to infest the best places, and then send them into immediate decline.

Well, compared to California we're holding up OK, about the same as the rest of the country economically. We have a new liberal governor, kind of a Janet Reno clone. Bad news for immigration policy & a few other areas as well. But it's a nice place to live. We bought a summer home near Seattle, another struggling economy but a beautiful state. Good luck with your plans! And I do understand that things can get fairly acrimonious on these threads, and the recall seems to have brought out more division than usual!

No wonder people are not defending his positions.
