I saw this report on the 11:PM newscast after the debate yesterday, but they didn't put the story up on their website till today, for some strange reason!!!
I said it the night of the debate, and I'll say it again: McClintock said SO much that was accurate and right on...he had a problem, though, in that he didn't project a POSITIVE attitude. I don't think I saw him smile ONCE; I really wish he'd project a Reaganesque "We can be better!" 'posittude' that'll attract more voters!
He's a great guy, that is obvious to those of us who follow the issues. He needs to reach the average Joe and Jan SixPack who don't...and I believe they respond to a happy, self-assured person.
