"I still think Terri's only chance is through Jeb and the attorney general. After that, prayer and a miracle."

Let's hope and pray something positive happens!

We all have other stuff to attend to. Since it was the day of the hearing and almost everyone checked in, I just hoped everything was OK. ......do I sound like someone's mother? :) Glad to hear from you!

Ted Olson is the Solicitor General. He's the attorney for the Executive Branch (White House). He argues the Administration's position i.e when they attack Dick Cheney for being big oil.

I'm local but freepers in this area aren't very organized. We tried to meet at a Rally for America and no one would stay together. Some people made fr signs but there was no organization. It was a good rally anyway. What do you do with independent minded characters? lol

You can make a Bar Complaint against Felos and probably Greer. You should make them send you their written Complaint form, etc. Make those Fla. Bar staffers send you one and don't take no for an answer!!! (unless they refuse. Then you make a note of their refusal and turn them into Charlie Crist, at ag@oagstate.fl.us for refusing to send you the Bar Complaint form. (annoying bureaucrats is my specialty - love it!)

Welcome to Free Republic. This is the first time in my memory that we've strayed from focusing on politics. What is clear to everyone here who are spending HOURS on end to help Terri, is that what they are trying to pull of is UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Judge Greer failed to protect the person and property i.e. Terri Schiavo and husband Michael Schiavo wants Terri to be starved to death. That is his wish, not hers.

POORLY WRITTEN EXIT PROTOCOL FLORIDA STATUTE WITH NO SAFEGUARDS, UNCONSTITUTIONAL! MALPRACTICE! DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE DISABLED! CONFLICTS OF INTEREST! ADULTERY! BIG PAYOFF but only if Terri loses her life.

Congratulations! You are at the 1000 post mile marker. Thank you for helping Terri. Every church in America should be calling their congressman, the President, The Supreme Court, their talk radio, television, on line news web sites.

This is for Terri but I agree with you, it's much bigger than one person. It's secularism invading our judiciary. It surely explains why the Ten Commandment Monument had to be hidden from public view in Alabama. They don't want nature or God's law to keep them from their SECULARIST AGENDA of terminating the lives of "the imperfect" among us.

Judge Greer is a marathon runner. Atty Felos does yoga and breathing exercises. They are healthy men without any perspective. Michael Schiavo is just waiting for PAY DAY.

Looks like Jeb doesn't want any more e-mails.. Perhaps he needs to receive 1000's of phone calls.. How to make calls for the President as well? And then we have the Attorney Generals, and representatives besides, etc. Does anyone have all the info?: .net 007: This e-mail message was undeliverable due to the following reason: .net 018: Each of the following recipients were rejected by a destination mail system. It sounds like an organizational chart. That would be the easiest approach. Terri Schiavo is at the top. At the next tier would be husband Michael Schiavo next to Attorney Felos next to Hospice of Suncoast next to Judge Greer. For Hospice of Suncoast, past and present Board Members should be listed i.e. Judge Greer and George Felos.

The next level under each of their names would be WHO THEY KNOW, what groups they belong to and also WHAT MISTAKES WERE MADE. It starts to get hairy as the chart gets longer. Then you'd see that they have the same friends, conflicts of interest. A real conundrum.

Under Michael Schiavo's name, the insurance company that is listed at his residence. Ping dixiegrrl and dandelion for that info.

Does that help?

Wow, kimmie, Bilirakis nominated Hammesfahr for a Nobel Prize? The Supremes of Florida inferred that Hammesfahr was a "quack". Let me put it this way, if I got a severe headache, I'd be at Dr. Hammesfahr's door. We used to send PI clients to him for severe headaches. It seems Florida's Supremes are free to fire insults which imo PROVES BIAS.

Hospice is taking orders from hubby Michael instead of treating Terri. FYI: Hospice doesn't have a license to treat chronically ill patients, only terminally ill. How did they get around that law? Terri is imprisoned at Hospice and the room temp is kept in the 60s. Kinda cold, ya think?

I have a picture of Terri in her room, never being wheeled outside to feel a breeze. I also said that Terri "is not hooked up to machines." The feeding tube has a port that is only hooked up when it's feeding time. That's what I put on Governor Bush's voicemail last evening.

IF TERRI IS STARVED TO DEATH, IT WILL INDEED BE PREMEDITATED MURDER, I repeat "premeditated murder" sanctioned by an unlawful Judge from the 6th Judicial Circuit, Pinellas Cty, Fl. Judge George Greer.

All the phone numbers are at the beginning of this thread. CALLING ALL FREEPERS! Take 15 minutes to email and call people that we've provided info for. Not just Floridians. Not just freepers. Thanks, FV

"Our approach," says Barbara Spring, "is to focus on what people seem to worry about the most-pain, the length of the dying process, isolation, and other things that make them miserable."

But if you can convince people not to sweat the details as outlined above, MURDERING DISABLED PEOPLE IS OKAY. HELLO, Americans with Disability Act!

Do a hospice Jonathan Alpert google search. Alpert is litigating against Hospice as part of his practice. He represents employees who were fired for talking or for rocking the boat while employed there. You will not believe how big that quagmire is.
