I almost threw my TV out the window last June after phoning FoxNews daily re. a NY Times or Newsweek post-embed 'story'.
Decided to go on offense - to the DoD (they were trustworthy throughout the major conflict), troops, bypass the press. This perspective has been invigorating, inspirational - a joy to cover....and share.
The troops are far above their critics. The critics make their jobs much more difficult. They need us to spread the word.
