I think that would be an interesting question to ask her, then work backwards from the mother's duties to the foetus to abortion.

There are things we can do * [1]We can teach and raise awareness that abortion is wrong.
* [2]We can lobby and vote to have the laws changed.
* [3]We can make sure that there are alternatives to abortion for unwanted pregancies and that people are aware of the alternatives.
Do 1 and 3, if you like. 2 will have an affect you will not like.
