What bothers me is if this guy was really a source to Thompson, who else was he a source to?

I hope that you all will email a local talk radio host in the New Orleans area about this. I emailed him already, but one email can easily be overlooked.

David Tyree, tyree@wwlmail.com, went on and on today about the Niger forgery. He's a generally good guy and he was sincerely concerned that perhaps there's something to the Bush Lied garbage that has been floating around.

I also emailed him this link, http://famulus.msnbc.com/FamulusIntl/reuters07-09-083034.asp?reg=MIDEAST, about Blair stating that there was more info about the Niger-Iraq nuclear link which was independent of the forged document.

If anyone does e-mail him, please keep the tone respectful. Tyree is an honest man. His position is that he wants to trust the president, but he's having a hard time considering the news about the forgery, etc.

Notice that Thompson corroborates Wilkinson's existence by citing anonymous sources at the WH, on the Hill and in the intelligence community. Anonymous sources sure are convenient, ain't they?
