Forgive if this is already posted in the 450 or so posts that follow yours, but in a rare veto override a year or two ago, the Hawaii legislature changed the age of consent to 16 (provided the perp is at least 5 years older). So a 19yo can still get it on with a 15yo without consequences to the 19yo but a 21yo can't.
