I suggest to other Californians, who haven't done so yet, to get off their butts and download the petition ASAP. It's simple and easy. Do it.
Now why don¿t you look down
to where your feet is planted
That U.S. soil that makes you take shit for granted
If not for Santa Ana, just to let you know
That where your feet are planted would be Mexico
Correcto!
A lot of hated for Americans expressed in this song ---and I'll bet it's being played on many California radio stations. More and more they seem to be getting the idea over there in Mexico that half the USA belongs to them ---and they intend to get it back.
None Dare Call it . . . IMVASION!
It will be interesting to see . . .
A white minority that has no affirmative action, because it does not need it..
A white minority being sought out by smart "majority" employers, because of their high talent level..
A white minority developing into a roll of "professional development engineers" that keep the infrastructure of those states alive.
A white minority developing into a new class of management which keeps most ranges of all business running correctly.
A white minority that will threaten strike if they are not granted certain standard of living levels which are radically above the general population, and get it.
A white minority that develops de facto police like authority in civil and metropolitan developmental affaires.
I for one am not buying off on the "smiling, hard working, friendly immigrant" routine any longer.
Basically, the feds are leaving u.S. citizens hanging in the breeze . . . . .
You are correct. To populate is to govern.
Apparently "their" policies don't encourage assimilation either. If they are coming here, they need to get on board with the u.S. program, not the other way around.
The part that is most revealing in this is the "kids" that are from here (u.S.) which supposedly assimilate in the first generation are the ones soaking up this propaganda. Judging from what I read on the music websights this little bit of "hands across the border" is getting heavy play on the radio stations and from our good friends from right here...
"The new video from Mexico Citys Molotov, " Frijolero " (from their third Universal/Surco album, Dance and Dense Denso), is in heavy rotation on MTV Latin America."
This theme is getting pushed from the heart of Vicente Fox land and contains pure propaganda regarding the condition of the border.
"That the same gringo represents the American who hires the illegals and the law enforcers who arrest the same workers only highlights the cruel paradox of a sealed, militarized border that agribusiness and industry desperately need to keep open."
Fox is pushing this lie 100% and wants to make it a thousand times worse...
"An open border?
RAY SUAREZ: Another major agenda item in your speeches in Washington has been the border and the traffic of human beings-- not drugs-- across the border from Mexico to the United States; a policy, again, that you've had much criticism for. What would you do differently?
VICENTE FOX: Well, what we would do is start to work in Mexico to have opportunities for everybody to have those jobs. We plan to increase the growth of the economy up to 7% to make sure that we have those 1,350,000 new jobs that we need in Mexico.
I have been hearing this "start" and "plan" bs since the beginnings of NAFTA, if it ain't happening by now, it ain't gonna happen.
"But at the same time, we have this huge difference in salaries between Mexican side and U.S. side. A worker on the Mexican side will make five dollars a day; in the states, the same work would make $60 a day. What we have to really worry about at the end is reducing that gap and eliminating those differences. I'm talking long-term. So our proposal is to move to a second phase of NAFTA where in five to ten years that border will be open to free flow of people, workers, transiting in the border between our two countries, same as we're doing with products, services and merchandise.
So what he is saying is now that the American manufacturing base has totally vanished, he wants the rest of the jobs as well. Same lies as NAFTA in the beginning, only now we are hearing about "NAFTA II"
Unfortunately all of the wonderful flowery predictions about what these changes would bring were bs, the quotes are from March of 2000.
"if it ain't happening by now, it ain't gonna happen." TLI, June, 2003
