HowEVER did you find that photograph!!
I found it way back when on the net. Just remembered I had and it was like perfect for today! Actually the cat looks a little like your kitty (or my Fred)! Wonder if Billie could superimpose codee and giz (hint hint!)
Geesh...just realized I forgot a hostess graphic! oops!

That is hilarious! Mine don't really like the washing machine - makes too much noise, I think. But Lucy, every once in a while, has to check out the dryer. I think she likes all the warm, fluffy clothes just waiting for the final addition of cat hair.

"What is it about cats and washing machines?" Ah, Thin Man - you reminded me of a sad true story.
Headed out to work some more in the yard, and when I return will relate it...after I cry a little...okay, a lot...water the impatiens as I plant them, I will...

Oh...that is too cute...Is it yours? No, but growing up I had several cats and there was one who would often be found in the washing machine if the door was left open.

Ode to Spot
by Lieutenant Commander Data
Felis Cattus is your taxonomic nomenclature.
An endothermic quadruped, carnivorous by nature.
Your visual, olfactory, and auditory senses
Contribute to your hunting skills and natural defenses.
I find myself intrigued by your sub vocal oscillations.
A singular development of cat communications.
That obviates your basic hedonistic predilection
For a rhythmic stroking of your fur to demonstrate affection.
A tail is quite essential for your acrobatic talents.
You would not be so agile if you lacked its counterbalance.
And when not being utilized to aid in locomotion,
It often serves to illustrate the state of your emotions.
Oh Spot, the complex levels of behavior you display
Connote a fairly well developed cognitive array.
And though you are not sentient, Spot, and do not comprehend,
I none the less consider you a true and valued friend.
