Yup, and she's in her early twenties...
Considering juvenile records are supposed to be sealed, that eleminates 0 through 18....Early twenties? Couldn't be too dam long of a criminal history....

The article does not indicate that she was endangering the police (or anyone, for that matter) only that she was trying to drive away. It doesn't appear that she was arrested, or was being held for anything.
Running away from the cops, unless you are a fleeing felon, does not warrant a death sentence. We can agree, goodnesswins, that perhaps she was foolish to drive away, but you think she deserved to DIE for driving away? I think this victim of police agression is more deserving of your sympathy.

NO....of course I do not think she deserved to DIE....sheesh...BUT, she put herself at RISK of dying when she ran from the scene....we do not know what was going on exactly on scene....let me repeat SHE DID NOT DESERVE TO DIE, but I'd like a lot of the people here to be the COPS ON THE BEAT and make decisions they have to make every week before they blame the police.

Yeah, well, I can tell you what I would have done: I would have let her go, since she wasn't under arrest and I didn't have the right to hold her.
I would not be of the "If it runs, chase it" mentality, like some stupid dog after a car.
