under properties to resize the image in the photo program you have, to equal ratio %, height and width... be careful as you save them differently than the original. That way, if you screw up and distort it in either zooming it or widening it, it doesn't become warped. You can always go back to the original and re do...;o)(if that is what you meant on shrinking.. )

Sherina Vincent sold the photo and three others to People. She is charging breach of contract because her image was to be removed.

"My client is very distraught that her picture has appeared in a national magazine with Scott Peterson," said Michele Engnath, Vincent's lawyer.

What a joke. Are we suppose to feel sorry for her. I agree with Amber:

"That's appalling that she's doing this," Frey said. "She doesn't want her picture in the magazine, but it's OK that she sells the photos and profits off me, Laci Peterson and her baby?"

Updates on Scott, Amber, Ava, or SP's behavior, lots out there in tidbits, National Enquierer Mag for one has the latest gossip pages of some findings. If fact or fiction, will tell during court. Check on MSNBC for teaser updates for how scott bought the Mercedes he was arrested in. A 500SE model 1984 Model too. No answer on Ava, only that her dad was on Fox yesterday, and any other women of Scott's dating scenes, not mentioned to me or have I viewed any new one's names yet. Left AZ short stint, according to papers in the beginning of the story, because he parents moved to Morro Bay, Ca area..

The latest I am just reading up on, is because now, there are those seeking monies for pics of associated people within this case, and because they sold off pics, ie People's Mag, the identities of that person is now, exposed, and mad... Seeking more judicial monies in resolving the harm...

Or should I say, the rath of being exposed to sell off another of the mighty possession of the dollars... RG was so kind to alert me on the latest Fresno Bee story...

I wish one of the reporters like Rita or someone would take on the fact that Scots family lies. Kind of do a little expose' like "Has SP's family been covering for him even to the point of lying?" They won't, because Rita, Dan Abrams, etc all want to be on Jackie's good list so they can get first time phone reactions from her, but they are just giving her more room to lie. I guess they also don't want to seem as if they are attacking the family who everyone thinks is also a victim. Jackie seems like she was probably the mother in law from hell with that "my child can do no wrong" attitude.

I think they were covering for him to escape just like Alex Kelly's family did.

No, they won't. The closest anybody's going to get to that is something along the lines of what I saw the other day.

Can't remember which one it was now, but it went something like: "Of course SP's parents are defending their son, anyone would do the same thing in their position."

Your right that is a great story... Could it be because now her ID is out there for press contacts/and courts... Humm, numerous copies must of been sold? Did I read right the the NE has copies too? She is 'harmed' and angered at People Mag not because of the imaging editing screw ups, but now Amber et el can equate where those photos came from and who is really whose friend in the end/aftermath of Scott and Amber? Just like OJ stuff, everybody making a buck off the case.

Would it harm SP's case, unknown until brought up in trial, but most likely not like the OJ case. Not enough big dollar tickets, unless SP sold his story, and then, (in my opinion), all monies to the memory of Laci, and not a sole to him or his Peterson side family.

I bought this weeks People, and I have already read it and given it away. I never noticed the photo of SAKI in the background. I did see the photo of Amber and SP in the car. I assume they were in Scot's truck because he was driving.

I reread your post and changed the "if" to an "it" and it makes more sense. But your wrong. The choice of how one holds title is made by that individual. Joint tenants with rights of survivorship are common in California, I'm one myself.
