I could not agree more. I am a member of the right-wing conspiracy but I get pretty tired of some of ours always popping off boilerplate without any consideration that perhaps some people are trying to change and get better with certain things.

I've heard her say numerous times she is a big Free Republic fan. This new book is really outstanding -- and scary, frankly.

Why is it 'scary'? Whoops....there I go again...asking one of those right-wing conspiracy questions!

I completely agree. One of the reasons I think this book is important is because you have the issue of anti-Leftist moral relativism broached by someone who is not traditionally in the conservative mode. She is a very good and articulate vehicle to push the conservative point of view that she has come to embrace in many respects despite not necessarily seeing herself as a conservative.

Read the book and you'll see. The Left is sick and she details exactly how and why.

You made an assinine statement and expected a response

You're pathetic. This site clearly indicates that garbage like that has no place here - no matter what your opinion
No class....
I think this is a bit of an overreaction here. While the comment about Bruce's mannish appearance may be a little insulting, I really don't think it warrants this harsh of a reaction. There is even a chance the question may be legitimate curiosity. I have seen far worse things said about people like that idiot Michael Moore on other threads.
I have read the guidelines for posting on this site and I don't think annie's comment or question violates it in the least. I am much more concerned that you have appointed yourselves the Comment Police and decided that your appointment gives you the authority to attack people in this forum directly. I would prefer a forum that allows for a little levity which may push the limits of good taste now and then over a forum where people must walk on eggshells.

Is the fact that she is a lesbian assinine, or did my question about whether or not she was also a transgender bother you?

That she is a lesbian is obvious; the rest doesn't even approach legitimate conversation.

Are you sure you aren't 'projecting' with that last comment, Flipper?
To: Flipper4
#52, that is?
To: Flipper4
Well then, I apologize for asking the question so that I might more accurately portray her to the individual who told me that at one time. I suppose it would have been better for me to pass along the rumor?
I think you're wound a bit tight, Flip. I'll not bother you again.
To: anniegetyourgun
You don't bother me. You amuse me

Give her time and be nice. She's come this far. After all, look how far Norma McCorvey had to go.
To: anniegetyourgun
she sure looks like she may have been a male at one time i stand by my original statement. it's an ad hominem attack that has nothing to do with the article, other than demonstrating her point.

Part of the key is to leave abortion laws up to the states. Liberals are concentrated and we may "lose" those states to very pro-choice laws if Roe is overturned. But the conservative states that could do a good job of enforcing anti-abortion laws would be able to pass them.
