CNN's Brent Sadler is entering Tikrit. He's seen no significant military presence. They've seen occasional men with guns. Last night they saw a pickup truck with soldiers.

Baghdad Bob made it to SNL this week! I flipped on, just as they were carrying him off the set.

I missed the first part of this interview ... this double opposed the war at the outset. Did he say anything to this effect tonight?

CNN: Sadler showing four men. One of them is carrying a gun, but not brandishing it. They appear to be simply walking away from Tikrit. The men are waving.

Maybe it's Uday - pretending to be a body double.

ROFLMAO -- my faith in SNL is starting to be restored.
CNN: Sadler showing more young men in civilian clothing walking along the road leaving Tikrit.
Large military installations mostly in the North, which they won't reach for 20 or 30 minutes. Sees fortifications and equipment, obviously been subjected to air attacks. Smashed artillery pieces.

I suspect that by tomorrow morning, we will hear that Tikrit has fallen to the coalition. This is a done deal!! We need to bring our POWs home!!!!

CNN: Sadler talked to some Special Forces guys yesterday. They said air attacks on Tikrit would continue, ground operations would be suspended for now in hopes that the air attacks could destroy the defenses.

looks like he doesn't even want to change the image of Uday. Man if I were him I would shave and grow some hair on head..even have plastic surgery so won't look like slime anymore..He didn't sound very enthused that Bagdad was overthrown to me. Just critizes our flag. Think was great soldier rubbed saddams nose in our flag and then put up the flag of Iraq..I do not think we should be flying our flag btw
