What was left out was the reporter being asked if he had regrets and he said ho. Said again the pride he felt for the marines and to be an American, and said he had "done a lot of growing up" during this experience.
It's a shame they left that out but still it was a good report.

I can't remember if he mentioned the money, but he said something about a terrorist camp in Iraq regarding the UN. I didn't quite pick up on that, so if anybody here caught it, please explain.
Ollie went on to say that all of this ammunition that they are finding are from Syria and Jordan. He said the markings from Jordan are as recent as the last 2 years.

or they set off a dirty bomb and irradiate our troops while they are safe in the bunkers. there is still alot of danger in this conflict.

"....we're all like legos but with different connectors."
That's where the truely American word "GUZINTA" comes from.

When I grew up in Brooklyn, we could often smell the stink from the chemical plants in New Jersey.

so I guess RFK thinks that Iraq under Saddam was a nicer place for its citizens then Kuwait?

Alan's show is mainly a Fox News radio show rather than a liberal show. If anything breaking happens, they go to the main FNC audio, but he as the regular FNC guests on. He does take calls, and at that point shows his liberal side, but it's not a bad show.

Oh, maybe you didn't see my
Post 1927, which links to a more detailed story. Sounds like there is no government left in Tikrit, and no soldiers left to defend it. If the Ba'athists are underground, they're as good as dead or captured.

Ollie went on to say that all of this ammunition that they are finding are from Syria and Jordan. He said the markings from Jordan are as recent as the last 2 years. The question is .. did the leaders of these country know about this .. I think we already know the answer as for Syria

BUT one senior official says that there is more evidence suggesting he's dead than alive.
From the reaction of the high level Iraqis and Baghdad Bob I think he is dead. But, I think he was killed the first night. The troops have discovered so many weapons and ammunition near and around Baghdad that I think Saddam was getting ready to fight but if he was killed that first night like I suspect, there wouldn't have been the will to fight. Most of the fight went out of them around Baghdad and the troops in the south were mainly fedayeen. Anyway, I think Saddam is dead.

I had to go consult the master wanker list and we don't seem to have a wanker name for the press as a whole. These are some that refer to specific press people/networks:
CNN Wanker Central. All wanking, all the time.
Peter Jennings the wankmaster general
Helen Thomas = Wankasauras Rex, Wanker Emeritus
mediot press conference=wankfest, wankerama

Has anyone ever seen Robert Kennedy Jr. and John Ritter in the same room?

CNN scrolling along bottom of screen: "sense of lawlessnes in baghdad".Just as I read your post, Chip Reid, embedded reporter in Baghdad and on MSNBC, says yes there's some looting but they did not have the sense it was anarchy, chaos, or any long term problem. Actually, as he speaks I realize I heard this report from Chip earlier.
CNN is a disgrace. When they had stories of REAL problems we all know they chose to look the other way. Still do.

Iraq national flag has no writing...The takbir [Allah Akbar (God is great) in Arabic script] was added in 1991.
