Furthermore... Here in Oregon, when the war started, we had about 5 days of nasty anti-war protesting, where they blocked streets, bridges, even Interstate-5... broke windows, painted graffiti, various other minor damage... they blocked one bridge for over 8 hours... and there was even one police officer was injured. The protesting is ONGOING with some people involved in sleep-ins in downtown Portland.

Are there reporters asking when the city of Portland will get this under control? When will it stop? What was your plan to handle this? And why have you let it go on so long? Don't you have a responsibility to protect everyone else?

Heck no they don't ask those questions!! Apparently it's ok for hippies to disrupt the lives of the rest of us, but it's not ok for Iraqis to "celebrate" (with some looting and vandalism) freedom after decades of oppression.
