Earlier Dr. Bob was talking about hospitals being cleaned out. Does that mean that that isn't from the looting?

I think you missed some aspects of his report. He actually reported a hasty return to normalcy in the hospitals. In fact he had video of himself in one while patients were being treated and was impressed with the medical care.

He sang the praises of the marines to the heavens and couldn't praise them enough.

He said pointedly that any looting was not affecting the people per se. Nobody is *for* looting, but it is being exploited by the press, or I should say the press is attempting to exploit it.

Rumsfeld clearly thinks the questions today are stupid--and he's right.
